A letter to parents

Hello!
We are unprosecuted prosecutors who are at the forefront of protecting the healthy growth of adolescents. As parents, your love for your children is selfless and does not ask for anything in return, but at the same time there is a kind of love, like the sunshine of spring, silently caring for children, that is, our uninspected prosecutors' care for minors. I am very happy to pass on this procuratorial care to parents in this way, hoping that every family can give their children more attention, guidance and protection, and form a synergy with schools, judicial organs and society to jointly protect the healthy growth of minors.
The family is the earliest classroom in life, but also the core position of practicing the core values of socialism and the education of Lide Shuren, on January 1, 2022, the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Promotion of Family Education" was officially implemented, and "with a baby" rose from a traditional "family affair" to an important "state affair". At present, it is still in an important period of epidemic prevention and control, the offline teaching activities of primary and secondary schools in the district have been suspended, and the implementation of online teaching forms has highlighted the particular importance of family education.
I. Study the Law on the Promotion of Family Education and carry out tutoring activities in accordance with law
The "Family Education Promotion Law" expounds from the four aspects of family responsibility, state support, social coordination and legal responsibility, implements the spirit of the "double reduction" document, so that family education can be based on the law, there is a law to follow, urge parents to assume the main responsibility of family education, establish the family is the first classroom, parents are the first teacher's sense of responsibility, and use correct thoughts, methods and behaviors to educate children to develop good thoughts, conduct and habits.
Second, establish a correct and scientific concept of parenting and lead the positive development of children
The core of scientific parenting is to respect, fully respect the child's independent personality freedom and rights, and flexibly use the "moisturizing and silent" way to guide and educate children, rather than using simple, rough and barbaric "stick" education; fully respect the child's interests and hobbies, support, help, and care for the child's legitimate interests and hobbies, and at the same time, learn to respect the child's personality and protect the child's "uniqueness".
Third, optimize the quality of parent-child companionship and care for the healthy growth of children
Learning at home has led to a surge in the length of parent-child time, and parents can discuss with their children to develop a schedule of work and rest, so that home life is both regular and allows for a certain degree of flexibility. The learning plan is best made by the child himself, and it is easy for the child to follow it with autonomy. The daily routine must include a period of exercise time, which helps to release energy, reduce psychological stress and relieve emotions, improve learning efficiency, and achieve the unity of physical and mental health.
If school education, rule of law education, and social education are children's sky, sunshine and water, then good family education is the fertile soil for the growth of seedlings. "Parents love their children, then they have far-reaching plans", giving children the best growth environment is the wish and responsibility of parents, and it is also the original intention and mission of our procurators. Here, I sincerely hope that all parents will perform their duties and responsibilities in accordance with the law, and work with us to weave a dense network of protection of minors, so that every child can grow up happily under the sunshine of the rule of law.
