Vice Chairman Peng Mingming also presented relevant family education materials for Xiaohong's parents on the spot, and informed the Women's Federation that it can provide them with free consultation and parent-child education guidance and help, hoping to create a good growth environment for children through multi-party efforts.
After signing the "Letter of Commitment", Xiaohong's parents said that they had realized their dereliction of duty in their children's education and promised that they would actively perform the main responsibility of family education in the future and create a good environment for their children.
It is understood that after the "Family Education Order" was made, Xiaohong's father has paid the arrears of child support, and at the same time actively contacted Xiaohong's mother for visits, and Xiaohong's mother also expressed full cooperation.
Next, the Futian Court and the Futian District Women's Federation will continue to carry out joint actions for family education guidance, provide parent-child education services from multiple angles, and effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of minors' children.

Article 17: Minors' parents or other guardians carrying out family education shall pay attention to minors' physical, psychological, and intellectual development, respect their right to participate in relevant family affairs and express opinions, and reasonably use the following methods and methods:
(1) Personally raising and strengthening parent-child companionship;
(2) Participate together and give play to the role of both parents;
(3) Teaching with cameras and educating in daily life;
(4) Imperceptible, combining words with teaching by example;
(5) Strict kindness and compassion, paying equal attention to care and love and strict requirements;
(6) Respect differences, and conduct scientific guidance based on age and personality characteristics;
(7) Communicate on an equal footing, with respect, understanding and encouragement;
(8) Mutual promotion, parents and children growing together;
(9) Other methods and methods that are beneficial to minors' all-round development and healthy growth.
Article 20: Where minors' parents are separated or divorced, they shall cooperate with each other in performing their family education responsibilities, and neither party may refuse or neglect to perform; except as otherwise provided by law, the other party must not be obstructed from carrying out family education.
Article 48:Where residents' committees, villagers' committees, or women's federations in the places where minors reside, the units where minors' parents or other guardians belong, as well as primary and secondary schools, kindergartens, and other units that have close contact with minors, discover that parents or other guardians refuse or neglect to perform their family education responsibilities, or illegally obstruct other guardians from carrying out family education, they shall criticize and educate, admonish and stop them, and when necessary, urge them to accept family education guidance.
