On the afternoon of March 10, in the Keqiao District Women's and Children's Activity Center, the "Family Education Guidance -'Non-Violent Communication' Theme Group Counseling" activity co-sponsored by the Keqiao District Procuratorate, the Keqiao District Women's Federation and Yiran Psychology was underway.

Xu Xiaoxiang, director of the Seventh Procuratorial Department of the Keqiao District Procuratorate, said that communication is the foundation of family education, in order to further repair the parent-child rift behind the "problem teenagers", effectively improve the parent-child relationship, and help parents and children establish a benign way of communication, the hospital and the District Women's Federation jointly launched the family education group counseling activities, which opened the prelude to the procuratorial organs and the Women's Federation to jointly provide family education guidance services.
The family is the first school in life, and the parent is the child's first teacher. On January 1 this year, the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Promotion of Family Education came into effect, clearly stipulating that parents or other guardians of minors are responsible for implementing family education, and the state and society provide guidance, support and services for family education. This is the first time that the mainland has adopted special legislation on family education. Entering the era of bringing babies according to law means that family education is improper, and the state can intervene.
In the activity, the professional psychological counseling teacher first used the "you say I draw" mini-game to let the participants understand that two-way communication is an effective communication method conducive to full expression and understanding. Subsequently, through the on-site interpretation of parent-child conflict situations, the participants felt that the violent communication methods such as moral judgment, avoidance of responsibility, and difficulty in daily communication were the main causes of conflict.
So, how can nonviolent communication be achieved? The teacher introduced the four elements of nonviolent communication - observation, feeling, need and request, led everyone to experience the feeling and real scene simulation, and helped participants master the method of nonviolent communication. During the study, parents and children carefully recalled the past experience of family communication, and deeply reflected on their own groundless accusations, fierce words, emotional control and other improper communication methods.

"Such family education group auxiliary activities are very meaningful, and we will continue to carry out good family education guidance services with the procuratorial organs." Xiao Yan, director of the Rights and Interests Department of the District Women's Federation, said. In the next step, the procuratorial organs will work with the Women's Federation to produce family education guidance courseware, face the families of the whole district, broadcast and display them on the publicity platforms of each town and street, and enrich the forms of activities, further publicize and popularize family education knowledge, carry forward the family virtues of the Chinese nation, establish good tutoring and family style, increase family happiness and social harmony, and create a good family environment and social environment for the healthy growth of minors.
