Measure weight and body temperature every day, every morning, middle and evening for 1 hour each fetal movement, pregnant women with comorbidities should also monitor and record blood pressure, blood sugar and other related indicators, need to carry out weight management, blood glucose management, but also need to record diet, exercise, sleep, mood, etc. Pregnant mothers who are close to the due date should also pay attention to whether there is regular abdominal pain, whether there is bloody secretion on the underwear, whether there is a liquid like "urine", abdominal pain, redness, and water breakdown, and be prepared to go to the hospital at any time.

3. How to seek medical attention if you have symptoms such as fever, cough, chest tightness, etc.?

If there is fever, dry cough, fatigue, sputum cough, sore throat, diarrhea, abnormal taste, abnormal sense of smell and symptoms of runny nose, conjunctivitis, myalgia, it is necessary to go to the nearest midwifery institution with fever clinic (see annex) in time, and the isolation personnel appear to have the above symptoms, please contact the isolation point or the personnel of the sealed control community neighborhood committee immediately.

In the fever clinic, the medical staff will first pre-examine the pregnant woman, measure the body temperature, arrange consultations with doctors in obstetrics and related departments, and carry out obstetric examination, fetal heart monitoring, and if necessary, ultrasonography to assess the intrauterine condition of the fetus. If the new crown virus infection is confirmed, there will be medical staff and 120 special vehicles escorted to the designated hospital for diagnosis and treatment.

4. What should I do if I isolate and control the maternity examination of pregnant women?

During the epidemic prevention and control period, for pregnant women who are isolated at home, they will not visit the emergency department, and they can go to the obstetric examination after the isolation period expires. During the quarantine period, if you reach the date of the appointment of the obstetric examination, you should take the initiative to contact the maternity examination hospital (the contact number can be found in the maternal and child health manual or the outpatient obstetric examination medical record), receive health guidance, and the obstetrician's doctor will make an appointment for the next obstetric examination through the evaluation results.

If you are in the first trimester, you do not have to worry about the problem of filing for the time being, after the expiration of the isolation and observation period, if you have difficulties in filing, the Community Health Service Center and the Fengtai District Obstetric Quality Management Office will coordinate the filing for you. At the end of the closure control period, pregnant women can return to the original hospital to continue obstetric examination after the isolation and observation is lifted.

5. What should I do if a pregnant woman in isolation and closure has emergency delivery, imminent labor or emergency symptoms?
