In the lecture, Pang Tao preached legal knowledge to parents and friends from the legislative background and chapter structure of the Family Education Promotion Law, and guided parents to think about three issues:
1. Family structure changes, the number of families with two or three children increases, how do scientists teach to carry it out?

A "supervision order" applies in four situations:
Guardians' failure to perform their duties in accordance with law leads to juvenile delinquency or criminal harm;

Failure to actively assist or cooperate in completing correctional education for juveniles involved in crimes;

There are three types of development of the "Family Education Guidance Order" (the court calls it a "Family Education Order"):
Family education guidance for minors involved in the case;
Guidance on the family education of juveniles in deacons (divorced and restructured families, families with long-term parental separation, adoptive families, families of inmates, etc.);
Preventive family education guidance (areas with more cases, etc.).
When the guardian has a lack of guardianship or improper guardianship, in addition to supervising the performance of guardianship duties through the "supervision and guardianship order", it is also necessary to let the parents involved in the case make up for the lesson taught by scientists to better perform their guardianship duties. In this process, the procuratorial organs will actively contact the Women's Federation, the Customs Work Committee, and the social work organization to provide professional services for the parents involved in the case to provide family education guidance, in fact, it is really a good thing for the families involved.
In addition, Pang Tao also analyzed and explained in detail the changes that have taken place in the one year since the implementation of the "Two Laws" after the newly revised Law on the Protection of Minors and the Law on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency.
