Who says pregnancy can't be eaten casually?
It was 33 weeks pregnant on Friday, and today I've sorted out my taste changes throughout my pregnancy. From the first trimester, the second trimester, the third trimester, the three stages of recording, but also summarize some experience by the way, to the needy mothers-to-be for reference.

It's painful to think back on
At that time, only light vegetables could be eaten for dinner
There isn't much demand for snacks either
(A bit deliberately taboo, do not eat junk food)
Occasionally I would like to eat some spicy brine
(Don't hesitate to eat at this time!) )
Also, the demand for sourness is enormous
Eat sour food instantly feel comfortable
There is no special preference when it comes to fruits
The only feeling that stands out is
Thought the ceviches were super tasty

Eat a lot of grapes in accordance with tradition
This situation probably lasts until about 12 weeks

After 12 weeks
The appetite gradually improved
Love meat, love spicy
I also became interested in sweet foods
(I didn't like desserts much before)
I originally thought about deliberately avoiding it
A lot of junk food that I love to eat try not to eat
By this time, it was completely found that it could not be persisted
I thought it would be a long time before I gave birth
There is still a period of lactation after giving birth
It is absolutely impossible not to eat junk food at all
So, just eat whatever you want
After eating, the mood will also become very good
The amount of food for staple food is not large
BUT
Hot pot, grilled meat, fried,
Potato chips, cakes, milk tea,
……
The whole mess in terms of junk food
Completely into a kind of let go of the belly
A state of non-restraint
I went to the buffet once during this period
I couldn't resist eating a few slices of salmon raw
At present, no problems have been found
But don't take my chances
Avoid raw foods as much as possible
Fruit is never restrained
I would also love to eat out-of-season fruits
For example, in the winter, I want to eat watermelon

Good appetite in the second trimester
It lasted until about 30 weeks
Think back to that time
It is a state of being able to eat more and more every day
The weight didn't grow fast
(Probably because of the majority of junk food)
And so far the obstetric examinations have been seen
There is nothing wrong with my body yet
(Basic rules of bowel movements too)
Almost 30 weeks later
There are a few long lines on the stomach and thighs
Weight also grows quickly
Probably psychologically + physiologically
For this aspect of eating
Will be a little more restrained
Staple foods are eaten in one-third more than before
Snack intake has been reduced by a relatively one-third
Fruit is still quite a bit
(I also like to eat fruit before pregnancy)
Because the third trimester is about to enter the summer
When it's hot I can do two ice creams a day
At the same time, there are also cold drinks such as fruit shaved ice, ice cola and so on...
(It's hard not to have a great aunt,
Of course, if the stomach is not abnormal, you must eat enough. )
