How much do you know about the metaphor of the body?

It has been said that when the body has recurring symptoms, it is not only the body that needs to be taken care of, but also our hearts.

Deeply felt.

I once had a student who often had an upset stomach, but over the years I have been paying attention to diet and careful conditioning, but the situation has always been repeated.

It also made her particularly anxious all the time.

Until she saw someone say, "The body is a metaphor for the mind." Only then did I make up my mind to look for answers in psychology.

After working deeply, it was found that this was related to her own weakness and inner grievances.

In her growth process, she often pushed herself, for example, when she was young, in order to get praise from her family and friends, she would get used to suppressing her thoughts and feelings and being a "good" child;

After marriage, they will choose to grit their teeth and suffer losses in order to hope to get the love of their partner or mother-in-law.

When she is always unable to express her inner feelings, physical discomfort arises.

The discomfort of the stomach is actually her body saying no to the mind: I want to spit out and drain these "I don't want" choices.

There are many similar body metaphors:

Skin problems mean that you are rebelling against the invasion of others;

Obviously, I feel that the relationship between husband and wife is good, but it is uncomfortable as soon as I get close to the body;

Determined to change the procrastination, make a plan but can not act;

......

But very few people can read it, so they always go in the wrong direction.

As Teacher Wu Zhihong said, "The body knows the answer."

The body reflects the state of our inner subconscious, speaking of our true selves. In turn, when we consciously adjust our physical state, we also reshape the subconscious world.
