According to Guiyang Customs statistics, the total import and export value of goods trade in Guizhou Province in 2021 was 65.42 billion yuan (RMB, the same below), an increase of 19.7% over 2020. Among them, exports were 48.71 billion yuan, an increase of 13%; imports were 16.71 billion yuan, an increase of 44.6%. The trade surplus was 32.01 billion yuan.

Sun Yongquan, deputy director of Guiyang Customs, said that since 2021, Guiyang Customs has actively docked with the "Belt and Road", promoted the opening of direct China-Europe express trains, supported the construction of "one bureau and four centers" of Shuanglong Airport, supported the development of new cross-border e-commerce formats, promoted the optimization and upgrading of the three comprehensive insurance zones, and the overall customs clearance efficiency ranked in the forefront of the country, and conscientiously did a good job in the implementation of RCEP to help Guizhou enterprises enjoy the dividends of RCEP policy.

According to the data, in 2021, the main trading partners of Guizhou Province are Hong Kong, ASEAN, Australia, Taiwan and the United States, and the total import and export value of Guizhou Province will be 18.63 billion yuan, 9.11 billion yuan, 4.57 billion yuan, 4.5 billion yuan and 3.1 billion yuan respectively, an increase of 2%, 5%, 90.1%, 26.5% and 19.8% respectively; Guizhou Province's imports and exports to countries along the "Belt and Road" and RCEP members will increase by 26.4% and 30.6% respectively, which is 6.7% higher than the overall growth rate. 10.9 percentage points.

As of January 16, 2022, Guiyang Customs has issued a total of 18 RCEP certificates of origin with a value of 4.946 million yuan, and the main commodities are chemical products such as barium sulfate and barium chloride exported to Japan, which can obtain about 250,000 yuan of Japanese tariff reductions for enterprises.

It is understood that Guizhou is actively participating in the construction of the China-Indochina Peninsula and Bangladesh-China-India-Myanmar Economic Corridor, seizing the opportunity of RCEP to take effect, opening up overseas markets such as ASEAN; implementing the action plan for doubling foreign trade, foreign investment and cross-border e-commerce, supporting the layout of overseas warehouses of Guizhou products in major overseas markets, promoting "Made in Guizhou" exports, and achieving a total import and export growth of more than 30%.
