1st place: Mercedes-Benz

The number of recalls of 2.781 million vehicles this year has accounted for 31% of the total recalls, and basically covers the sales models of Beijing Benz and imported Mercedes-Benz.
The models involved include sedans: Class A, Class B, Class C, Class E, CLA, CLS, and even Class S. SUV models: GLC, GLE, GLS, G-Class, etc. There is also a pure electric model EQC and a sports car AMG GT on one side.
Most of them are due to communication module software design problems, and the location of the vehicle's automatic dispatch to the emergency call center is wrong, which will lead to missed the best rescue time. Such a fatal design flaw appeared on centennial Mercedes-Benz, and indeed should not be.
2nd place: SAIC-GM-Wuling (including Baojun)
Number of recalls: 1.456 million units
Wuling and Baojun also "rose" to the second place this time, to know that last year's total sales of only 1.6 million vehicles, this recall is 1.456 million vehicles, you can imagine its seriousness. Among them, Baojun models are: Baojun 310, 360, 510, 560 DCT, Baojun 730, RM-5, RC-5, Wuling: Wuling Light, Glory, Hongguang.
Most models are due to insufficient wear resistance of the spool of the forced ventilation valve in the engine crankcase, resulting in accelerated oil consumption, which in turn causes engine damage.
As early as 2020, Baojun Automobile was on the 315 party due to transmission problems. Wuling, which has always been economical and durable, has also been labeled with burning oil after this recall, making the original low-end image even worse.
Third place: Toyota
Number of recalls: 1.284 million units
The fact that the third place is the notoriously worry-free Toyota will inevitably come as a surprise. The recalled models include the mainstream Corolla, Ralink, Camry, Asian Dragon, Highlander, Willanda and other models, and even imported Wilson, Alpha, SUPRA also appear in the recall list.
Among them, the Camry, Asia Dragon, Lexus ES and other models totaled 898,000 units, because the engine exhaust gas recirculation valve was corroded, and extreme conditions would cause the vehicle to stop at low speed. The Corolla, Highlander and other models totaled 227,000 vehicles, because of cracks in the welding of the high-pressure fuel pump, there is a possibility of fuel leakage. In addition, due to the imperfect procedures of the adaptive cruise brake computer, a total of 225,000 Corolla and Ralink models were recalled.

Fourth place: Tesla
