Stir-fried minced capers

Capers 300 g minced meat 200 g chili peppers 1 chili pepper 1 chives 2 garlic 2 cloves ginger 1 small piece of peppercorns 1 tablespoon cooking wine 1 tablespoons light soy sauce 1 tablespoon salt appropriate amount of oil
1. Prepare the materials.
