There are two versions of the new car, namely Pro+ and Premium, which are priced at 190,000 yuan and 230,000 yuan after subsidies.
Pro+: CLTC has a 535km endurance and is equipped with a 200kW permanent magnet synchronous motor
Premium: CLTC has a 560km endurance and is equipped with a 200kW SiC permanent magnet synchronous motor (SiC motor consumes less energy)
The official booking channel has been officially opened, and users can log on to the "smart car APP" or "smart car mini program" to make a reservation (the intention is 500 yuan), and it is expected to open delivery in the fourth quarter of this year.

In 2019, Geely Group officially signed a contract with Daimler Group to establish a 50:50 joint venture and promote the transformation of the smart brand globally. After the transformation, Smart will become a world-leading high-end electric vehicle brand.

The biggest smart ever
The new vehicles are 4270mm/1822/1636mm long/width/height, with a wheelbase of 2750mm. This is the largest size smart ever.
The new car contains 11 body colors + 4 interior styles to choose from.
Interestingly, though, from the captain's point of view, the new Smart Genie #1 is a standard small SUV, but with the wheelbase level of a compact SUV. As for the design style, it retains the same as the concept car released before, with a small, cute eggshell shape, but because of the increase in size, the proportion of the body has also been adjusted, and now it looks like a European and American style small crossover.
The design of the D-pillar is the biggest highlight of the appearance part, the conventional SUV practice is to install polygonal blackening panels on the D-pillar, but genie #1 cleverly makes the line of the roof "small outline" in the small triangle window position, some people say that this is like a warrior's helmet, but I am a foodie who thinks that this dongdong is obviously more like a poached egg.
The rear part of the car is also loyal to the concept car, and the concave tailgate curve is clean and neat, perhaps influenced by the Mercedes-Benz EQ series, and the new taillights look at the shadow of EQS. In addition, in order to tell others that this is an SUV, the side skirt and rear bar part of Genie #1 are embedded with silver-gray/brass color guard panels.
It is worth mentioning that the wind resistance coefficient of Genie #1 is only 0.29cd, although it is not as good as the 0.17cd of VISION EQXX, but such results have been quite excellent in the SUV, and the low wind resistance has also played a positive role in power consumption and wind noise level. In addition, the Elf #1 body-in-white structure meets the Sino-European double five-star safety standard, and the proportion of good strength steel used has reached 74%.
It may be that Tesla and Weilai are preconceived, and many people think that electric vehicles should have large sizes. The new car is based on geely's vast SEA architecture, and the 200kW/343Nm permanent magnet synchronous motor is placed on the rear axle, and the acceleration of 100 kilometers takes only 6.7 seconds. The battery is a 66kWh ternary lithium battery pack, and the strongest version of CLTC has a working life of 560km. Support up to 150kW fast charging, 5% ~ 80% charging time less than 30min.

150 sales and service outlets, covering 40 cities
According to the plan, in 2022, Smart will roll out 150 independent sales and service outlets in China, covering more than 40 domestic first-tier, new first-tier and second-tier cities, and also establish smart flagship centers in 6 cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen, so that more users can experience Smart's unique new luxury brands, products and services at close range.
Electrification transformation is the inevitable result of the Smart brand
