On May 10, Geely Group announced that it has signed a share subscription agreement with Renault Korea Automobile, a Korean subsidiary of Renault Group. According to the subscription agreement, Geely Automobile intends to subscribe for 34.02% of the shares of Renault Korea Automobile, and after the completion of the transaction, the majority shareholder of Renault Korea Automobile will remain Renault Group.
