In 2021, DPCA has successively carried out mid-term modifications to the Petrougeot 408, Peugeot 4008, Peugeot 508, Peugeot 5008 and Citroen C3-XR, and the sales of these models have increased significantly over the previous year.
Among them, the annual sales of Peugeot 4008 and Peugeot 408 exceeded 10,000 units, reaching 15,013 and 12,466 vehicles respectively, an increase of 89% and 35% respectively year-on-year. This sales figure may not be worth mentioning for other brands, but for French cars, it is the best sales result in the past two years.
Citroen C3-XR, Peugeot 508 and Peugeot 5008 sales were also higher than in 2020, with sales of 9552, 8791 and 6937 units respectively, up 229%, 69% and 86% year-on-year, respectively.
Citroen Tianyi sales are stable, with sales of 9659 vehicles in 2021, which is basically the same as the previous year's sales.
Citroen C6 sales are also good, reaching 7877 units, an increase of 442% year-on-year; Peugeot 2008 sales of 6923 vehicles, an increase of 428%.
It is worth mentioning that the mid-size car Citroën Versailles C5 X, which was launched in September, performed well, with cumulative sales reaching 13,937 units by the end of the year, becoming the market sales of French cars. Citroën Versailles C5 X has a guiding price of 143,700-186,700, which has a cost-effective advantage in its class.
