I've seen all the movies I normally should have watched. What to see? My son said he had watched The Shawshank Redemption more than a dozen times and wanted to watch it again. I've read this book before, but I haven't seen the movie, so I just didn't brush it up.

Needless to say, after reading it, this is still deeply touching. Especially in the movie, an old man who has been locked up for forty years. He was a repeat offender in prison for life. However, because of his academic qualifications, he is responsible for library management in prisons and is usually very respected by prisoners.

But one day, he was notified of parole. Leaving the prison where he had lived for decades, he had no way to adapt to life outside! After struggling for a long time, he carved his name on the beam and wrote, I used to live here! Then hanged himself!
