At the end of the Qing Dynasty, there were many opinions on where the Chinese nation should go. At that time, theorists turned out to be born, as if they had returned to the hundred schools of thought a thousand years ago.

When Liang Qichao was on the run, he met Lin Changmin, a Chinese constitutionalist with high ambitions, that is, Lin Huiyin's father. The two became close friends.
Because of the failure of the Pengshu reform method, Liang Qichao followed Kang Youwei into exile in Japan, so Liang Sicheng's childhood was also spent in Japan, creating people and missing out on the green plum bamboo horse with Lin Huiyin.
Lin Huiyin, who is three years younger than Liang Sicheng, was born in Hangzhou in 1904 and was brilliant when he was young. Under the influence of new ideas, Lin Changmin cultivated her in particular.
In 1919, Duan Qirui conspired with Japan to sign an agreement to cede the privileges of Shandong to the Japanese side, and Liang Qichao expressed the domestic Lin Changmin and others.
On May 2 of the same year, Lin Changmin published a warning letter in the press that "Shandong is dead, the country is not a country."
Two days later, on May 4, it triggered the "May Fourth Movement" that shocked China and foreign countries.
After this incident, Lin Changmin was expelled from the political circle. In 1920, Lin Changmin took Lin Huiyin on a trip to Europe.
During this time, Lin Huiyin met his father's eldest disciple Xu Zhimo. It evoked the ignorant Lin Huiyin's fantasies about marriage.
The ambiguous relationship between the two in the letters made Xu Zhimo, who had already been married and had children, unable to sustain himself.
It is a pity that a generation of geniuses did not understand the naïve mind of the little girl who played the family, and the game of a 16-year-old flower girl made Xu Zhimo romantic and unable to extricate himself.

When Lin Huiyin and his father were about to leave, Xu Zhimo felt that the opportunity was fleeting and forcibly divorced his pregnant wife. Unfortunately, the little girl woke up from the dream, and eventually became an empty bamboo basket to draw water.
This incident has also become the reason why Lin Hui was criticized for his life.
In November 1921, the father and daughter returned to Beiping from Europe. In the previous year, Liang Qichao had also left his foreign trip to Tsinghua to study cultural scholarship while teaching literature courses.
Liang Sicheng also found a good place to visit the door, and from time to time he was a guest of the Lin family in Xuechi Hutong. Liang Qichao and Lin Changmin both set their sights on the next generation, and are more interested in promoting their children's families.

In 1924, Lin Huiyin and Liang Sicheng went to the United States to study together.
Previously, Lin Huiyin was particularly impressed by the different architectural styles in the course of his one-and-a-half-year trip to Europe, and unlike the Chinese style of carved beams and paintings, Western architecture reflected the grandeur.
Lin Huiyin also made a grand wish to dedicate his life to architecture.
In the eyes of Lin Huiyin, only architecture is the most appropriate expression in the eyes of Lin Huiyin.
Unfortunately, the architecture department of the University of Pennsylvania at that time did not recruit female students, on the grounds that the students of architecture were all men, and if she became the only female student, she would be inconvenienced, and other disciplines could be optional.

To the surprise of the University of Pennsylvania, Lin Huiyin not only achieved remarkable results in two subjects, but also became an assistant professor in the Department of Architecture. The regulation of not accepting female students does not hinder the tireless students at all.
Taking its essence and removing its dross has always been the slogan of China's enlightenment. However, with the fall of the feudal dynasty, Western consciousness replaced most of eastern thought. Lin Huiyin's efforts are to guard the part of Chinese culture that is worth caring for.
In 1928, Lin Huiyin accepted Liang Sicheng's marriage proposal. The couple traveled all over the country and inspected almost all the ancient buildings in the country.
Some ancient buildings have been preserved and perfected. If it weren't for them, beijing's front gate tower would have been demolished in 1951.
After the founding of the People's Republic of China, some people persuaded Lin Huiyin and Liang Sicheng to go abroad to make a living, and the couple felt that they had not yet completed their mission and insisted on staying.

Later, after the end of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, Tsinghua University moved back to Beiping from Kunming, and Lin Su's family also moved back to Shanghai. Along the way, Cheng Yingquan took care of him, and Father Lin took the opportunity to get engaged to Lin Su on behalf of Li Su.
Years of war have put education in the Republic of China on hold for nearly a decade. Tsinghua University, which has returned to Beiping, is preparing to open a preparatory course at Tsinghua University.
In order to find a good future for his daughter, Father Lin thought of Lin Huiyin, the daughter of Lin Changmin, a fellow villager in Fujian, so he wrote a letter to implore her to take care of Lin Su.
After the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression in 1946, Lin Huiyin also settled in Beiping and took up a position at Tsinghua. Pure in nature, she gladly agreed to her fellow countrymen's request.
The preparatory course could not be opened due to restrictions on conditions. Lin Hui encouraged Lin Su to stick to her studies because she did not disappoint her, and he would also take time out of his week to learn English for her.
Lin Huiyin's condition at that time was already very serious. Working families are consuming her life all the time. Coupled with the fact that the smoke of the civil war was about to fill Beiping, she was worried every day when she saw that the ancient buildings with carved fences and jade might be destroyed.
Fortunately, Peiping was peacefully liberated, and Lin Hui was put down because of a hanging heart.
In 1949, Lin Su married Cheng Yingquan at the urging of his father. Father Lin did not look away, and Cheng Yingquan was a young talent. At a young age, he became a teaching assistant at Tsinghua University and was deeply appreciated by Liang Lin and his wife.

Cheng Yingquan was Liang Sicheng's right-hand man at the time, and he was knowledgeable and translated a lot of architectural documents, filling in many domestic gaps.
He is frank and affectionate and is very popular with students. At one time, it was believed that he would be the heir of Liang Sicheng's mantle.
The Liang Lin couple watched their protégés marry and couldn't help but be as happy as their fathers.
Lin Hui, fearing that their life would be difficult after marriage, saved a sum of money and handed it to Lin Su in a big red passbook, and also sent a set of qinghua official kilns that he had hidden for many years to the two as a congratulatory gift.
Lin Su was also transferred to tsinghua's department of architecture as a clerical worker.
The good times were not long, Cheng Yingquan's career was frustrated, life was difficult, and his wife Lin Su, who should accompany him the most, had an ambiguous attitude.
Not long after, Lin Su divorced Cheng Yingquan and changed the child's surname. Lin Su clearly demarcated all the relationships between the two and did not let the other party see his children.
Some people say how much love there is between men and women, and how much hate there is after a breakup. On December 13, 1968, Cheng Yingquan, dressed in a suit and leather shoes, jumped into the swimming pool of Tsinghua University.
Soon, his hatred and life were frozen in that cold time and space.
In 1962, Lin Su married Liang Sicheng. That year, Lin Su was in his early thirties and Liang Sicheng was more than sixty.

At that time, Lin Huiyin was responsible for educating children on the one hand and drawing drawings and materials on the other. Even if the material conditions are insufficient, Lin Huiyin still helps Liang Sicheng sort out various documents on his hospital bed, often working late into the night.
Liang Sicheng wrote many works in his lifetime. In nearly thirty books, the words are the blood and sweat of two people.
It is indeed a pity that the two did not grow old together in vain. The time that fate paid lin Huiyin was too little.
So much so that Liang Sicheng forgot all the marital affection.
Liang Sicheng did not get any blessings for remarrying.
Zhang Xiruo, a close friend of zhang Xiruo, broke off his friendship with Liang Sicheng for many years, and as a colleague of Tsinghua University, Zhang Xiruo repeatedly warned that if he married Lin Su, he would not have contact with each other for the rest of his life.

Liang Sicheng's previous marriage was like the stars holding the moon, and the latter was bleak, along with Liang Sicheng himself buried in endless time.

As a well-known "data collation and extractor" at Tsinghua University, his ability is also very limited. Several versions have been issued successively, and the soup has not been changed, and some have only changed the cover.
