In June 2018, I graduated from the Department of Chinese of Peking University and went through the school to the National Museum of China, where my Miao ancestor, Mr. Shen Congwen, worked.
As soon as I entered the museum, I was seconded to the working group of "Great Change - Celebrating the 40th Anniversary of Reform and Opening Up Large-scale Achievement Exhibition", and later won the advanced personal honorary certificate issued by the Central Propaganda Department with excellent work performance, which I will never forget. In January 2019, I returned to the newly established Press and Communication Office, mainly responsible for the new media operation of Guobo. Under the instructions of the museum leaders, I will open up columns such as "National Museum" service number "National Museum with Feelings" and "National Museum with Sound". As of May 4, 2022, the service account has pushed more than 300 graphics and texts, of which many have been read by more than 100,000 or even 200,000. The number of followers has grown from about 800,000 (January 1, 2019) to about 2.4 million (May 4, 2022) and has maintained a good interactive posture and stickiness.

The composition of the new media platform is not a simple pile of materials, but to explore its highlights on the basis of a full understanding of the national museum collection, the national exhibition, the national museum people, the national museum, etc., so that each push can be "tailor-made", in order to grasp the audience psychology and achieve the effect of disseminating fine products. To this end, I seized every opportunity to "skip lessons", sometimes quietly checking materials in the library, sometimes going to the scene to observe cultural relics at close range during the exhibition, and sometimes listening to predecessors like Mr. Sun Ji explaining the exhibition... Just as the so-called "a museum is a big school", in addition to rational understanding, I also gained a large number of perceptual understandings that were difficult to reach in school. The mottled color of the golden rust color of the pre-Qin Ji, the smell of the Song and Yuan carved ancient paper, and the glaze of the Ming and Qing porcelain are all so charming. Seeing the exhibition hall, it is like the stars shining in the clear sky. Although it has been under the ages, it is fascinating.

The operation of the official account also needs to interact with fans frequently, so I have designed a variety of well-received forms for this. For example, when the "Great Change - Large-scale Exhibition Celebrating the 40th Anniversary of Reform and Opening Up" was exhibited at the National Museum, the service number collected pictures and messages from netizens at the exhibition site, and finally displayed 100 netizens' messages in two phases, which achieved good social results; for example, the "Dream of the Red Chamber" Cultural Exhibition was launched at the end of 2019, but the National Expo was affected by the epidemic and closed for several months in the first half of 2020. So I designed an H5 for netizens to "help" Baoyu answer his father Jia Zheng's question. This H5 hits reached 750,000, backstage messages 600; and this year's Lantern Festival, I combined with the name of the exhibition being exhibited at the National Expo, selected a number of words as the riddle base, compiled the puzzle surface, invited netizens to shoot puzzle messages, the first shot can be according to the traditional riddle customs to get the National Expo exquisite gifts. In one day, netizens left more than 1,600 messages, and guessed more than a dozen riddles in less than an hour.
Under the premise of doing my own work, I also joined some curatorial teams to follow up the whole process of the exhibition project and participated in the relevant catalogue writing work, such as "Dream of the Red Chamber" Cultural Exhibition" and "Ancient Chinese Costume Culture Exhibition". It is advisable to look at the present and learn from the past, and there is no past and no present. In the process of dealing with cultural relics, I feel more and more deeply that they are not only witnesses of history, but also nourishers of cultural blood. "Dialogue" with these Jiguang Katayu of the Tang, Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties can not only enrich our cultural life, but also allow us to touch the pulse of history, perceive the charm of tradition, and enhance cultural self-confidence.

I still remember that two years ago, when I was flipping through an old book in the Guobo Library, I was excited when I saw Mr. Shen Congwen's name on the library card, and the ancients said that "if the unity contract" was probably like this. We say "WenBo WenBo", "Wen" and "Bo" are not separated. Mr. Shen writes novels with a large pen like rafters, and when he does research, he is as meticulous as a hair, with both passion and reason. Although I am just an ordinary editor who can no longer be ordinary, I should also take it as a model for Wu Cao, conscientiously pick up the pen pole, and do a good job in new media.
Is "Xiaobian" small?
Say small is also small. I am only one of more than a thousand Guobo people, and in front of the Emperor's five thousand years of Chinese civilization, I was "sending ephemera to heaven and earth, a millet in the sea";
Say big is also big. As long as I operate the new media with my heart, tell The Chinese story well, and spread the good voice of China, I can let more people feel cultural self-confidence through the National Expo. Those enthusiastic messages and likes are the best affirmation of my work.
There are two months left to mark the 110th anniversary of the founding of the National Expo. I wander in the ocean of more than 1.4 million pieces of collection, and I am willing to be young with the National Expo and not forget my original intention together. "It should be known that the young man who has promised to be the first-class in the world has been promised." This heart and this word will never be preserved.
