Recently, the construction project of "Vitality Xianxi" beautiful block in Xinjing Town was successfully completed. 12 landscape nodes with different styles are strung together on Xianxia (West) Road with a total length of about 2,600 meters, which not only realizes the new appearance of the old neighborhood, but also enhances the sense of belonging and happiness of the citizens.
Xianxia (West) Road, the main road that runs through the east and west of Xinjing Town, is an important hub connecting the Hongqiao Business District. The beautiful block project is about 2,600 meters long from the middle ring road in the east and the outer ring road in the west, and is full of commercial, pension, medical, educational, cultural and other resources on both sides of the street, and is closely connected with 10 residential areas in the town, such as Shuguang, Linquan, Huaiyin, Songer, Hongkang, Songsi and Songwu, which is a prosperous link integrating culture, people's livelihood and economy in Xinjing Town.

However, with the development of the city and the growth of population, the original street space cannot meet the leisure needs of the surrounding residents, or it appears outdated and backward, which is incompatible with the surrounding environment. In 2022, relying on the "Vitality Xianxi" beautiful block project, Xinjing Town will make every effort to build this section of the road into a healthy block and a LOHAS corridor integrating ecology, landscape, rest and life. By optimizing important intersections such as Qingxi Road, Linquan Road, Jianhe Road, Songhong Road, Fuquan Road, and Xiehe Road, a total of 12 landscape nodes are set up on the east and west sides of Xianxia West Road in a combination of "landscape sketch creation + public space creation + greening and beautification" to realize the overall beautification, beautification and activation of the project.

In view of the strong demand for commercial units and residential communities, low landscape quality, and difficult management, Xinjing Town has joined hands with Tongren Hospital, Bailian in the western suburbs, Sinopec, Shenzhou Nursing Home and other commercial units and residential areas to jointly carry out the renovation and upgrading of the block. Through the pattern optimization, resource utilization, and demand solution of points such as "Tongxin Meeting Room", "Lujiabang Biodiversity Science Corner", "Blooming Good Time Flower Land" and "Rhythm Concord", a beautiful landscape like a string of beads has been formed.

Combined with the preliminary survey and the investigation of the current situation of greening, Xinjing Town has carried out a series of greening and lighting work. Combined with the design scheme to "make up for the shortcomings and improve the quality" of the way to carry out local regreening and greening, the seams of the greening, the transformation also flexibly adopts the method of "group planting", the trees, shrubs, climbing vines, flowers, ground cover, etc. are planted together, and the plane greening is upgraded to "three-dimensional coloring", enriching the layering and visual effect of greening.
Through these efforts, a colorful and changing urban ecological space has been constructed, creating a romantic artistic conception of evergreen in all seasons, flowers in all seasons, scientific matching of trees and shrubs, flowers and plants, and high and low.
