The 19th Tulip Festival in Wujiaqu City, the Sixth Division, is coming, in order to strengthen food safety supervision and effectively protect the people's dietary safety and health. Recently, the Forest Branch of the Wujiaqu Public Security Bureau of the Sixth Division of the Corps and the Renmin Road Police Station went deep into the Qinggeda Lake Scenic Area of Wujiaqu City to carry out food safety inspections.
During the activity, the police inspected the food operation environment, tool disinfection, food labeling, food shelf life and other links at the business site in the scenic spot one by one. At the same time, carry out the "you point and I check" food rapid testing activities. In view of the rapid detection of melons, fruits, catering and other food supplies that the majority of employees are more concerned about, the person in charge of each food sales area is required to strengthen the sense of responsibility, strictly standardize the food operation process, and ensure the safety of consumers "on the tip of the tongue".
In this activity, 30 travel-related food business households were inspected, and 7 problems were found, which have been immediately rectified. In the next step, the Forest Branch will increase daily supervision to further create a good tourism environment and ensure food safety during the Tulip Festival.
