In order to continue to actively promote the in-depth development of the "Three Cares" volunteer service theme activities, most of the adolescent parents in the jurisdiction are busy at work, no one is supervised during holiday homework, and there is no guidance for problems encountered in learning. On January 17, the Sanheying Community recruited five college students and graduate students who "returned to their hometowns" during the holidays as "youth volunteers" and held a winter vacation homework tutoring class for minors at the New Era Civilization Practice Station of the Sanheying Community for half a month.
The triad community has been running a mentoring class during the holidays, and has been running for one year, initially a youth volunteer service project to provide a social practice place for senior students of Yunnan Normal University. During the winter vacation, the community league branch recruited students who "returned to their hometown" during the holidays to serve as tutors, and five students who were studying at Yunnan University, Yunnan Normal University, Qingdao University, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and Dali University signed up as young volunteers, who guided the children to complete their holiday homework. In addition to tutoring homework, the triad community will invite "Lebei Education" and "Pinzhi Academy" to open hard pen calligraphy, Go, and popular science experimental class courses for children, and the community will also make full use of the high-quality resources of "Five Elders" to invite Guo Xinli, a retired Chinese teacher at Kun'er Middle School, to tutor children on how to write good essays.
On the first day of the class, five young volunteers carefully checked the children's homework, patiently asked them about the difficulties they encountered in learning, and answered the children's problems in learning. The young volunteers carefully tutored the children, so that the children felt the strong love of the "brothers and sisters". Photos of the tutoring class were sent to the parent group, and the actions of the young students were also praised by the parents.
Through the implementation of this holiday homework counseling volunteer service activity, not only the young people in the jurisdiction have been experienced during the holiday, but also influenced and driven retired teachers, young party members and youth league members in Wuhua District to join the ranks of volunteer service for young people.
