Jining Municipal Market Supervision Bureau formulated and issued the "Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games Olympic Symbol Intellectual Property Protection Special Action Work Plan", combined with the actual situation of Jining City, clarified the specific responsibilities of each cooperation department and county and municipal bureau, and arranged and deployed around key tasks such as clue investigation and early warning, key law enforcement inspection, and strengthening publicity and education. A 7×24-hour duty system composed of personnel from intellectual property protection departments at the municipal and county levels and a coordinated linkage mechanism for regional information sharing and law enforcement have been established, laying a solid foundation for the solid and effective development of special actions.

Increase publicity and education, and strengthen awareness of protection

Up to now, the city has dispatched more than 150 law enforcement personnel, carried out 32 special inspections, and inspected more than 500 market entities of various types.

Actively follow up on illegal clues involving the infringement of Olympic symbols, and respond quickly, accurately characterize, and severely crack down on infringement and illegal acts found in special operations in strict accordance with relevant laws and administrative regulations. Since the launch of the special operation, the city has verified a total of 10 case leads, and 3 cases are being investigated and handled, which has played a better deterrent and warning role.
