Refine the division of responsibilities and grasp the deployment. According to the work requirements of the provincial and municipal bureaus, combined with the actual conditions of Yingshan, formulate special action plans, set up special action leading groups, hold special action deployment meetings, further clarify the goals and tasks, consolidate the division of responsibilities, require relevant units to improve ideological understanding, strengthen communication and coordination, and jointly promote the implementation of intellectual property protection actions.
Strengthen efforts to grasp rectification in key areas. Go deep into large supermarkets, sporting goods shopping malls and other business households, focusing on food and beverages, cultural and sports supplies, clothing, shoes and hats, alcohol, souvenirs, toys and other commodity categories, and strictly investigate the unauthorized use of the Olympic symbol as a commodity packaging, decoration or trademark, unauthorized use of the Olympic symbol, unauthorized use of the Olympic symbol, or enough to cause people to misidentify and other acts that infringe on the exclusive rights of the Olympic symbol.
Deepen publicity and education to grasp guidance. Collective interviews were held with the managers of the market organizers, requiring them to strengthen self-examination and self-correction, strictly abide by the market management system, and promise not to produce and sell goods that infringed on the registered trademark rights and patent rights of others. At the same time, through the distribution of publicity materials, LED scrolling and other forms, vigorously carry out the protection of olympic symbols publicity, and effectively enhance the public's awareness of the protection of intellectual property rights. Up to now, the bureau has dispatched a total of 168 law enforcement personnel, carried out 16 publicity activities, and carried out more than 30 special inspections, and has not found any illegal acts.
