When we start to focus on ourselves, we naturally find ourselves back. In this way, it is not that we only love ourselves from now on, but that we are guided to respect and pay attention to our own feelings and needs, to be able to love others equally and bravely, and to meet the needs of our loved ones within our own capabilities.
True love is never about giving up on oneself and throwing oneself wholeheartedly into the giving and dependence on the other person. The premise of love is equality, and the premise of equality is that neither party in a relationship forces itself nor imposes on others.
Love is never a sacrifice of one's own replacement of the gods; love is the galaxy in the night sky that looks at each other, each shining, but shining on each other.
The lack of attention to oneself is to acquiesce to others to extinguish their own light, and the stars are dimmed. Any beam of light is worth guarding, and the first place to guard this light is ourselves.
