It is a gold glyph with the addition of an ideographic component "糸" (糹), which indicates the meaning of catching birds with a rope knot net. The character "Luo" has become a huiyi character composed of three ideographic components: net, ito, and falcon. The small seal glyph is further standardized and drawn with lines on the basis of the golden script. After further evolution, it became the "Luo" character of the modern Chinese character Lishu and Kaishu, and the simplified character replaced the lower part with "Xi", which is now "Luo".
Interpretation of the meaning of the word:
Book VII of the Commentaries on the Interpretation of Texts: "Luo, Ebony Bird Also." From the net from the dimension. The general meaning of Xu Shen's explanation is: "Luo", which means to catch birds with a silk (rope) knotted net, which is a combination of "net" and "dimension".
The "Luo" written today is a simplified word, and its orthographic writing is "Luo". The upper part of the word "罒" is derived from the word "net", and the lower part is "糸" (the material used for netting) and the "隹" that is trapped in the net. We mentioned in the last issue that this "falcon" word is "bird", so combined with Xu Shen's statement, it can be seen that the original meaning of the word is to catch birds with nets.

"Set" jí
The oracle glyph of the word "set" consists of two components, "bird" and "wood", indicating that the bird has landed on the tree. The golden glyph shows multiple birds on the branches, the small seal from "falcon" from "wood", and italics to the current "set", and the construction of the characters is in the same vein.
"Explanation of the Text": "Set, flocks of birds on the wood also." Xu Shen means: "set", which means that flocks of birds gather in trees. "Set" is a variant of "雧", and "隹" stands for "bird", which can be understood that Xu Shen said that many birds gather on trees.
However, only one bird is drawn in the oracle bone, which is explained to be more in line with the glyph that the bird perches on the tree, and the later golden glyph has the meaning of a flock of birds. According to its original meaning, the following meanings are derived:
