Dear book lovers, good evening

Welcome to Fan Deng's reading character column - "Stars".

Reading the Stars Shine · Experience extraordinary life.

The protagonist who appears today was born in a chaotic world, but has an indifferent heart.

Someone pleaded with her for Mo Bao, and she said, "My words are only worthy of writing big character newspapers." ”

Some people praised her as a famous writer, she said: "I don't have this ambition." ”

Some say her work is a bestseller, she says, "It's just a brief moment of the sun on the tip of a dog's tail." ”

Let's walk into a generation of talented women together - the wonderful life of Yang Chen

Mr. Yang Said:

"There is no simple happiness in the world, and happiness is always accompanied by troubles and worries."

This sentence perfectly interprets the legendary life of Mr. Yang Dai recorded in the "Biography of Yang Dai".

Although she was born in a famous country, she experienced turmoil and war;

Although he gained the love of envying others, he also experienced the pain of the cone of the white-haired person sending the black-haired person.

However, no matter how the world changes, Mr. Yang Dai has always maintained a positive spirit.

She silently accumulated wisdom in sorrow, refined virtue in pain, crossed herself with a positive and open-minded attitude, and became a person with high emotional value.

Today, although Mr. Yang Dai has been dead for many years, her optimistic and tenacious spirit still guides countless people.

Yang Dai: The higher the emotional value, the happier the person

"Everyone has an unusually difficult time, the pressure of life, the frustration of work, the pressure of school, the trepidation of love,

Survive, life will suddenly be cheerful, can not survive, time will also teach you, how to shake hands with them and make peace, so don't be afraid. ”

This passage was summed up by Mr. Yang Dai after experiencing countless hardships in life.

In 1961, Yang Dai ended her life in the countryside and returned to Beijing to reunite with her husband.

Unexpectedly, I unexpectedly started a difficult time in my life.

In the turbulent times, she and her husband Qian Zhongshu also accidentally became the object of criticism.

For this reason, they were deprived of their salaries, and the book "Don Quixote", which they had painstakingly translated, was confiscated.

What made her feel even more helpless was that she was forced to transfer from her beloved writing job and was arranged to clean up.

In the face of all kinds of unfair treatment, Yang Dai still maintains an optimistic and positive attitude.

Once, the leader arranged for them to go to the public toilet to clean up.

When everyone pushed open the door of the toilet, they were all stunned.

Because of the lack of cleaning for many years, the toilet is full of filth and stink. Everyone avoided it.

Yang Dai hurriedly found tools and defiling powder, and also made his own mop with cloth strips and bamboo poles. It took ten days to clean the toilet.

Let everyone who comes to the toilet no longer need to cover their noses and rush out.

Everyone admired her and asked curiously how she had calmly faced these dirty tasks.

Yang Dai replied with a smile:

"Because I think of this place as my study, when I'm done, I can hide here and read."

In "The Power of Positive Emotions", there is a passage like this:

"We do not feel positive emotions because of a full life and good health, but because of our heartfelt positive emotions that create a complete and healthy life."

People with high emotional value, no matter what kind of difficulties they encounter, can be happy in pain, maintain a good attitude, and help themselves survive those difficult times.

Fate is uncertain, life is uncertain, and everyone inevitably experiences dark nights.

But positive emotions are like a glimmer in the night.

Help us to overcome the trough, overcome the predicament, and find the way to happiness in the fog.

Qian Zhongshu's cousin Qian Zhonglu once said:

"Sister-in-law Yang Dai is like a tent, covering everyone around her inside, and the wind and rain outside are covered by her."

After marrying Qian Zhongshu, Yang Dai can be described as conscientious and conscientious, and arranged her husband's life in an orderly manner.

In 1937, she studied abroad with Qian Zhongshu and gave birth to her beloved daughter Qian Yuan in Oxford, England.

However, during the production period, Qian Zhongshu often ran into trouble because of his "clumsiness".

He either accidentally smashed the lamp at home, overturned the ink bottle, and broke the door shaft.

Every time he came to visit, he would ask his beloved wife for help with a bitter face.

Yang Dai was not angry when he heard it, but just smiled and said, "It doesn't matter, I can handle it." ”

A simple single sentence suddenly made Qian Zhongshu calm down.

In 1941, Yang Dai's family returned to Shanghai in the midst of war, and life became particularly difficult.

She wrote in her memoir, The Two of Us:

"The rice that the Japanese distribute to the citizens is only rice, and there is white, yellow, and black sand in the middle."

However, at this extremely difficult time, Qian Zhongshu suddenly wanted to say to Yang Dai: "I want to write a long novel." ”

Yang Dai listened to this and did not oppose it, but happily expressed his full support.

When Qian Zhongshu hesitated that he did not have time to write a book, Yang Dai said firmly:

"It doesn't matter, you can reduce the time of teaching, our life is very frugal, we can be more frugal."

In order to allow her husband to create with peace of mind, Yang Dai shouldered the burden of supporting the family.

Every day, she travels a long way to substitute classes at primary schools in the suburbs, and she also works as a governess in exchange for living expenses.

In order to save money, she quit all the servants in the family, whether it was chopping firewood, making a fire, or doing laundry or cooking, all by herself.

She was born in a show, and she had never done these rough jobs.

As a result, during that time she was often injured: either by a wooden thorn in her hand or by a hot oil.

Although life is very difficult, Yang Dai never complains and always maintains a calm and optimistic attitude.

Every day when she came home, she would always be with Qian Zhongshu, talking and laughing about his newly written manuscript and giving him suggestions.

During that time, because of the frequent consumption of spoiled food, both husband and daughter often fell ill.

Yang Dai would always smile and comfort everyone: "It doesn't matter, rest well, it will be fine." ”

Mr. Yang Dai's sentence "It doesn't matter", along with the life of Mr. and his daughter, brought them infinite warmth.

People with high emotional value, no matter what kind of difficulties they encounter, can give positive emotional values to the people around them and help others get out of the trough and tide over difficulties.

In life, everyone will inevitably experience difficulties and difficulties.

Complaining about others will only increase troubles; positive and optimistic, but can turn pain into happiness, and pass on positive energy to those around them.

Yang Dai: The higher the emotional value, the happier the person

Mr. Yang Dai once said:

"All the enjoyment of pleasure belongs to the spirit, and this happiness turns endurance into enjoyment, the victory of the spiritual world over the material world, and this is the philosophy of life."

Although she has experienced countless hardships and hardships, she has always faced it with a positive attitude and turned grief into strength.

In 1997, Yang Dai's beloved daughter Qian Yuan died of illness. The following year, her beloved husband Qian Zhongshu also left her.

The "two of us" have since been separated.

Yang Dai: The higher the emotional value, the happier the person

When everyone around her felt extremely sorry for her and did not know how to comfort her.

Yang Dai said strongly:

"Chung Shu escaped, and I wanted to escape, but I couldn't escape at all, I had to stay in the world, clean up the scene, and do my duty."

Life is always full of impermanence, rather than self-pity, it is better to adjust your emotions and do what you can.

After the death of her husband, Yang Dai did not fall because of grief.

She laughed optimistically that she was now the "director of the money office."

She carefully sorted out and translated the more than 70,000-word manuscripts left by Qian Zhongshu and published the "Qian Zhongshu Collection", which added a strong touch to China's cultural undertakings.

She also donated all of the couple's remuneration.

The "Good Reading" scholarship was set up to help poor students realize their reading dreams.

Later, many students who received the help of the "Good Reading" scholarship often wrote letters to Yang Dai and visited her home, adding a lot of warmth and fun to her later life.

In 2003, Mr. Yang Dai wrote their stories into his new book "The Two of Us", bringing the courage to live to countless people with gentleness and firmness.

She also received the title of "Lady of Literature" of the Year.

Even at the age of 96, Mr. Yang Dai still worked tirelessly and wrote a collection of essays, "Walking to the Edge of Life", using words to pass on the wisdom of life to future generations.

Someone said, "Everything in the world is cause and effect." Who you are, you will meet whom; how you treat the world, you will be treated by the world. ”

Those who love to go out love to return, and those who are blessed to come are blessed. Although life is hard, it is also full of beauty and hope.

In the face of life, maintaining a positive expectation and belief, you can harvest more happiness and success.

I like a passage from Kazuo Inamori:

"The path of life is drawn by the heart. Therefore, no matter how harsh the situation you are in, your mind should not be haunted by pessimistic thoughts. ”

Good emotions are the medicine that cures everything.

At the trough, cross yourself with a positive attitude; in difficult situations, use an open-minded attitude to please others.

When we sow a seed of positive emotions in our hearts, we reap the rewards of a thriving life.
