Qingwei | cherish and treat well

Qingwei | cherish and treat well

In the midst of the great changes in the world that have not occurred in a hundred years, in a small global village, an epidemic has made everyone sober, and life is so small in front of nature. The coronavirus is raging around the world, making us more aware that the important key to life is physical health, better than anything else. In this life, nothing but health is yours. The spread of the epidemic must be actively protected and work together. Let's spend the years together. Let us keep our health, defeat the epidemic, be safe and happy, and walk all the way!

Life is not satisfactory nine times out of ten. If you suffer from gains and losses, you will be difficult to move; if you care too much, you are doomed to exhaustion. Relax your mind and don't be suspicious. With an open-minded state of mind, everything can be opened up a little, and the sorrow and anxiety of life can be less. As we grow older, we will understand more that good health is better than family wealth, peace of mind is better than unknown happiness, and peace of family is better than everything in the world. Leave your limited time and energy to people and things that are worth it. Play games with your children, talk to your parents about home cooking, cook delicious meals with your partner... Every moment of the moment is precious; everyone around you is very happy.

Seeking the existence of no one's desires and pure heaven and earth begins with the existence of man in heaven and earth as the ultimate meaning of everything, and the perfect existence of man. Admit that the world is not solidified, that Heavenly Reason is not solid, that everything is in motion, and that there is a direction for the development of movement. Man's "goodness" is not to stand in the right place, but to walk on the right path.

Keep the good in the ordinary. There is a song in "Dream of the Red Chamber" that sings: "Joy and glory are just right, hate impermanence has arrived again." This reminds me of a sentence said by Mr. Yang Dai: There will be no simple happiness in the world, happiness is always mixed with troubles and worries, and there is no eternity in the world. When you understand impermanence, you will find that everything is just ordinary.

In "The Two of Us", Yang Dai recalled and wrote down two experiences of the death of relatives. In March 1997, Yang Dai's beloved daughter Qian Yuan was admitted to the hospital due to illness. The day before her daughter's death, Yang Dai seemed to have telepathy and had foreknowledge in advance. At that time, she was walking on the road and whispered a word: "Yuanyuan, Ah Yuan, you go well, go back with the blessings of your parents and mother." In December 1998, Qian Zhongshu was also hospitalized due to illness. Before his death, Yang Dai, who was deeply hurt by the loss of his relatives, endured the grief in his heart, calmly attached himself to Mr. Qian Zhongshu's ear, and said a word to him: "You are tired, close your eyes, go to sleep." Later, Mr. Qian Zhonglu went to visit Yang Chen, and he wanted to comfort him, but when they met, she did not have any tears, and everything was as usual. After that, Yang Dai plunged into the pile of books, worked tirelessly every day, and spent 13 years sorting out all the academic manuscripts of Qian Zhongshu. In a busy and fulfilling life, she gradually soothed her inner grief and died peacefully at the age of 105.

The herb is unintentional, and the glory and withering are sometimes. How fragile people are, a virus invasion, a small distraction, an accident without warning, will make life disappear. When a man understands that death is a thing that can come at any time, he puts away his arrogance. When a man understands that death is a sure thing to happen, he puts away his ramblings. Only by knowing the impermanence of life can we cherish and treat every everyday life.

Guard the good in the midst of gain and loss. Dealing with the gains and losses in life, Zhuangzi said: Knowing the time is endless, observing the surplus and the void, so gaining is not happy, losing is not worrying, knowing the impermanence of the division. Know that the time series is endless, and see the truth of things. So gain without complacent, lose without grieving. People want perfection. In fact: "People are not good for a thousand days, and flowers are not red for a hundred days." There is no "inevitable" thing in the world. Sometimes the scenery is proud, the ups and downs are life, and the peace of mind is the most correct attitude in the face of impermanence.

When the great poet Su Shi of the Song Dynasty was serving in Fengxiang, his superior Chen Xiliang built a Lingxutai. The leader was very impressed with Su Dongpo's talent and ordered him to write an essay to remember it. Su Shi was not accustomed to the style of leadership, so he wrote the "Record of Ling Xuantai": "However, after several lifetimes, I wanted to make it seem, and the rubble was broken, and there was no one to recover... And in the case of the loss of personnel, suddenly and suddenly come! "In ancient times, those palatial palaces have long been turned into ruins. The gains and losses of life are originally like this, which is unpredictable.

Those who understand this: Do not be mad when they are proud, because they know that there will be bumps ahead. Don't despair when they're frustrated, because they know that there will be light when it's dark to the extreme. Life can be more satisfactory, but everything is half satisfactory. In the face of the ups and downs of life, it is better to calm down the mentality, gain indifference, and lose calmness.

In this matter, Su Dongpo looked very open, but it made the boss very unhappy.

Keep good in your dealings. "It's hard to walk, not in the water, not in the mountains, only in the back and forth of human feelings." This is the insight of Bai Juyi, a great poet of the Tang Dynasty, in "Taihang Road". It is said that during the reign of Emperor Wen of Han, there was a chancellor, Zhai Gong, who, when he was a high-ranking official, had daily carriages and horses in his home, and the guests were like clouds. When he lost his official hat, the guests disappeared, and the door was a sparrow, such a strong contrast made him very resentful. So he wrote a line of big characters at his doorstep: "One death and one life, is to know friendship, one poor and one rich, but to know friendship; one noble and one lowly, friendship is present." ”

From this, I learned that many times, we always overestimate our relationships with others. But when you are in trouble, even people who are connected by blood have times when they are cold to you; even if they are intimate and inseparable, they have the heart to abandon you; even if they are friends who are brothers and sisters, they also have the intention of being far away from you.

One day you will understand that there is no eternal relationship in this world, and there is no unbreakable friendship. Only by facing it with a normal heart, looking down on the repetition of human feelings, looking down on the heat and cold of the world, spoiling and not being shocked, and leaving no intentions, can we release our peace of mind. No one's life is the same, no one's life is the same every year. The four seasons of the year change, the seasons are different, and the joys and sorrows of a lifetime are tasted. To things and things, to fame and profit, to gain or dislike, not to worry about loss, not to be insulted, and to leave no intention. Only by going with nature can we maintain inner peace and tranquility in this impermanent world.

Confusion and stress actually run through every stage of our lives and iterate as we age. But what is different is that some people are willing to sink in, and some people become better selves. The biggest difference between the two is whether you can maintain sober self-discipline. Continuous self-improvement and coping with the impermanence of life. This era is changing too fast, the requirements for people are getting higher and higher, only by continuously improving their added value, can they better survive. Ability and quality is the foundation of the individual, and if you are tough, you are not afraid of waves, and your own looseness collapses in an instant. People must continue to learn and improve, optimize thinking and cognition, in order to break through the dilemma of reality. Usually read more books, learn from the wisdom of wise people; study more professionally, and strive to do more refined; or learn new skills and find a way out. Insist on improving oneself, cultivating the ability to make a living, not waiting, not stagnating, and being the best able to cope with impermanent changes. This is also as Mr. Yang Dai said: "Only in a humble place can we have the most chance to see the truth of human feelings in the world." ”
