"The Girl Sitting on the Flowers and Bones and Falling Grass" is a collection of essays by Yi Hongmei, a member of the Chinese Writers Association and a young female writer from Gaomi in Shandong Province, published by the China Federation of Literary and Literary Publishing Houses in July 2015. The book was prefaced by Xiang Yunju, president of China Art Newspaper and vice chairman of the China Literary and Art Critics Association. The essay "The Girl Sitting on the Flower Bone and Falling Grass" in the book "Selected Chinese Essays in 2014" selected by the Creative Research Department of the China Writers Association. This rich and vivid masterpiece is just like a bridge between readers and writer Yi Hongmei and her hometown.
People can't do without a home, and without a home, people will become lost and depressed. The familiar scenery of the village has not disappeared, but has been forever engraved in the memory of Teacher Yi Hongmei. For Teacher Yi Hongmei, this kind of dreamlike memory is more real than reality and more worthy of nostalgia. Therefore, the name "The Girl Sitting on the Flowers and Bones and Falling Grass" contains many rich and complex connotations and emotions of the writer, whether this emotion is cheerful or bitter, it is worth the reader to savor.
The interaction between the fingers and the keyboard, the eyes and the computer are the vivid characters and stories of Yi Hongmei's hometown that are hot in her heart, and she enjoys her talents tirelessly. The stories of the adults' heroic ups and downs, chivalrous and courageous, ignited the beautiful dreams of the girls sitting on the flowers and bones falling into the grass. The eternal tides in Lotus Bay are the breath of the sea. The green rooster that likes to peck at children is an extremely fierce monster. The one-horned sheep that was taken away and sold by the mother became a lifelong pain in the heart of the girl sitting on the flowers and bones.
The neighbors are close to each other, and the hometown is also affectionate. The handlebar type took the opportunity to strangle the mule, hugged the young man and shouted: "Benefactor, benefactor..." This benefactor is the old father-in-law who rushed to the temple fair early to sell po rabbits. "The cabbage and turnips in autumn grow up to be impossible for their own families to eat, and the neighbors and relatives are all stained with it." "The Big Old Woman" "Just after drinking Laba porridge, Brother Ben also returned with his daughter-in-law and only adopted son Yulong. His family's ancestral house had fallen into disrepair and had collapsed for many years, and the barren grass in the yard temporarily lived in the two mill houses where the old aunt once lived next to the wall of my old house. "Concubines have stipulated a lot of no-nos: no smirking and running around when playing, no chattering when eating, no clipping from the plate, no clipping of others without the permission of adults, no random acceptance of gifts from others without the permission of adults, no immediate coming to the front when adults greet workers, no chopsticks to eat first when adults do not sit at the dinner table, and no casual interjection when adults talk...
If you accidentally violate these house rules, she will grab a broom to punish you and spank your little ass. "Zhuang Hu Ren Ren Ren" reads and thinks, and the humility and etiquette hidden in the heart of the writer may benefit from her concubine's "family rules". Indeed, when I read the last page of the book, I found that Teacher Yi Hongmei had been adhering to her admonition to this day. Grow up Fang knows Daddy's grace. "With the birth of my son, I felt that my mind had been completely concentrated on this little thing, and my stubborn heart began to soften. I have never felt like this now, Daddy's love that was once hidden in scolding... "The blood thicker than water affection of "Fertility" is something that the younger generations can't repay in a lifetime!"
Grasp the details and the language is vivid. Nabokov once said, "The details are God." "Teacher Yi Hongmei can capture, experience and discover the most vivid details, and can pick the pearl of language." For example: "A melon that is knotted on a vine, you just remember and hate them, and you keep cutting this blood vein." "Little Foot Concubine, Old Spinning Wheel" "Crooked handles are planted all the way." "Zhuang Hu Ren Ren" pulled a piece of cloud to wipe the sweat, close to the sun to smoke a bag of cigarettes. "Single Old Man" "Don't take the bean bag improper dry food." "Red Cowpea"" We have a joke in Gaomi - 'The play of the Tenth Master is gone'. "'Qingdao Da Yan' appropriately uses metaphors, exaggerations and other techniques, so that people will never forget it after watching it.
Imaginative and expressive. The book "The Girl Who Sits on the Flowers and Bones and Falls on the Grass" has a typical regional, epochal, and local nature; it has both the family training of "inheriting the ancestors' lineage and truly passing on the loyalty and filial piety, and teaching the children and grandchildren to cultivate and read only on the two right paths," and also the righteous deed of "Grandpa drove the jujube wood cart with guerrillas to fight devils and fought many great victories." The essays "Tiger Essence", "Jujube Gourd Butterfly and Cat", "Childhood Frankincense", "Rural Rhyme", "In-laws Temple" and other works of the heart-stirring stories are put into writing, presented one by one, to give readers to wake up and enlighten.
Because Teacher Yi Hongmei often steps into the dirt of the countryside, works with the people here, and uses the original way to express the people and things in the land she is familiar with, so she can write handily, naturally and smoothly, no wonder she can write such a touching work. Although some of these people and things have long been crushed by the wheel of time, I still read like walking on thin ice, sometimes frightened, sometimes excited. Those reminiscences about her well-known characters such as concubines, big old women, single old men, old Song, grandfathers, grandmothers, etc., are warm and intimate, and feel empathy, thus narrowing the distance between readers and writers and fathers and fellow countrymen.
Teacher Yi Hongmei's hometown is highly dense, and the local culture is unique, and the elegant music is stacked and the rhyme is long. Gaomi Maolu, Ash Painting, Folk Paper Cutting, and Niejiazhuang Clay Sculpture have been included in the national and provincial intangible cultural heritage list, collectively known as the "Four Treasures" of Gaomi Folk Art. With Mo Yan literature and red sorghum culture as the core, the spatial layout of "one core, two axes and nine palaces" is planned, and the red sorghum cultural town is positioned and built, which was approved as a characteristic town in Shandong Province in February 2022. The book "The Girl Sitting on the Flowers and Bones and Falling Grass" inserts more than 20 folk art picture works such as ash new year paintings, folk paper-cutting, Niejiazhuang clay sculptures, half-printed and half-painting New Year paintings, fine arts, and photography. The high-density drama has also been integrated into the story of the book many times, with ups and downs and fascinating. In addition, since graduating from teacher training, Ms. Yi Hongmei has been engaged in education, culture and art, which makes her narrative perspective clever and unique, integrating history, culture and art, thus injecting historical materials, knowledge and interest into her works. The whole book is lively, full of pictures and texts, with distinct local cultural characteristics and a strong atmosphere of folk art, giving people aesthetic and pleasant interest.
This book is like an iron hammer, once again tempering me, making me more solid, closer to life, more admiring like Teacher Yi Hongmei who does not forget the true color, learns with an open mind, does not quit working, and dedicates silently. I hope to see more and better masterpieces by Teacher Yi Hongmei.
