About the Author
Huang Pingping was born in September 1945 in Zhao Jiabian Village, Jiaodai Town, Lantian County. From 1962 to 1965, he studied in the 65th class B of Lantian Chengguan Middle School, and from 1965 to 1970, he studied geology in the geology department of the former Beijing Institute of Geology. From 1970 to 2000, he worked in the system of the Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources of Shaanxi Province, successively serving as the chief of the propaganda section of the team, the deputy director of the propaganda department and the deputy director of the laws and regulations department of the bureau, and won the title of senior political engineer.
From 2000 to 2005, he was a researcher in the Department of Land and Resources of Shaanxi Province, and after retirement, he was hired as the policy and legal adviser of the department. In 1983, he was awarded the title of Outstanding Political Worker of Shaanxi Geological Bureau.
In December 1989, he was awarded the title certificate of "Excellent Propaganda Worker of Shaanxi Province" issued by the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China.
From 1976 to 2005, he wrote hundreds of summaries, reports, documents and legal documents for the team, bureau and department, and published more than 700 works of news, remarks, essays, essays and papers on the newspapers and television stations of the central, provincial, provincial, prefectural and municipal levels.
