Key findings:
From the perspective of the complaint index, the TOP10 of the 2021 autonomous model complaint index is basically occupied by the models of the head independent car companies, and there are more SUV models on the list than cars. Huge sales and ownership have objectively spawned more complaints.
At the same time, the transmission complaint index of the nine models in the TOP10 list is below 200, and the gearbox complaint index of the bottom five models in the TOP10 list is not even 100. Compared with joint venture models, the gearbox complaint index of autonomous models is not high.

The gearbox problem has always been one of the problems that Boyue has been complained about more. Transmission setbacks and abnormal noise problems are the main slot points. Among them, the 6AT gearbox equipped with the first generation of Boyue is the root cause. Judging from the complaint data, geely Boyue's gearbox setbacks are basically concentrated in the 2016 and 2018 models.
