Tencent Automobile on June 12, 2023 Chery Arrizo 5 PLUS officially launched, guidance price of 7.49-89,900 yuan, the new car positioning compact car, launched 1.5L + CVT and 1.5T + CVT two power versions a total of three models, 1.5L-CVT PLUS priced at 74,900 yuan, 1.5L-CVT PLUS priced at 79,900 yuan, 1.5T-CVT PLUS priced at 89,900 yuan. Compared to the previous model, the exterior, interior and equipment have been mainly upgraded.
In terms of appearance, the 2023 model has been equipped with a hexagonal star-dot matrix front grille, the internal design of the light groups on both sides remains unchanged, and the shape of the fog lamp area shifts the visual center of gravity to the sides, creating the visual effect of a wide-body front.
In terms of body size, the length, width and height of the new car are 4680×1825×1490mm, and the wheelbase is 2670mm, which is the same as the old model in terms of parameters. The side design has not changed except for the side skirt trim strip that has been replaced with bright colors. All wheels are equipped with 16-inch wheels and tire specifications are 205/55R16.
The rear design is exactly the same as that of the previous model, with a through-through styling design and blackened lampshades, and a matte chrome double exhaust vent trim around the lower surround, with the real exhaust ports hidden under the car.
In terms of interior, the layout of the new model is basically the same as the old model, and it continues to adopt the style of 10.25-inch LCD instrument cluster + 10.25 central control screen.
Minor adjustments have been made to interior colors and materials, the gear shift mechanism has been changed from the original mechanical gear lever to an electronic gear lever, and the steering wheel adjustment has been upgraded from the original manual 2-way to the manual 4-way. In terms of driving assistance, the original normal reversing video has been upgraded to a 360-degree panoramic image.
In terms of power, the 1.5L+CVT version is equipped with Chery's fourth-generation SQRG4G15 Miller-cycle all-aluminum engine, with a maximum output of 88kW and a peak torque of 148Nm, mated to a simulated 9-speed CVT transmission, and a maximum speed of 180km/h. The 1.5T+CVT version is equipped with ACTECO 1.5T turbocharged engine with a maximum output of 115kW and a peak torque of 230Nm, which is also mated to a simulated 9-speed CVT transmission and has a maximum speed of 210km/h. The chassis adopts MacPherson independent suspension at the front and non-independent suspension with torsion beam at the rear.
