It has been more than two weeks since I came to Yanqing to participate in the Volunteer Work of the Winter Olympics. In these two weeks, there are joys, grievances, gains, and growth. All in all, what I have come into contact with and experienced so far in volunteering for the Winter Olympics is something I have never imagined or even associated with.

These days, I host media workers, technical service personnel, and officials of the Olympic Organizing Committee from dozens of countries. My direct feeling is that most of them are very friendly, like us ordinary people, will joke, will talk to you about home, and even like friends and partners every day to greet you, call your name boo cold and warm, share the day's observations.

I used to think that foreigners were different from us, and even instinctively looked away from them, whether it was culture, appearance or beliefs. But in fact, if you calm down and communicate with them, you will deeply feel their human characteristics that are almost indistinguishable from us.

These days I will take the initiative to say hello to them, say goodbye to them, respect each other, help each other, and I think this is the essential vision that the Olympic spirit hopes to bring to the world.
