1. Review system

The journal implements the three-review system of manuscripts, and the submission is the responsible editor of the discipline responsible for the preliminary review; after the preliminary review is passed, it enters the anonymous review of the subject experts; on the basis of fully respecting the opinions of the expert review, the editor-in-chief and the deputy editor-in-chief will review the final review, considering the positioning characteristics of the journal, the distribution of disciplines, the total number of articles published, the potential citation rate and other factors, and make final trade-offs and trade-offs.

Reviewers adhere to the standard of quality first. (1) Political quality: in line with the four basic principles, in line with the party's line, guidelines and policies, in line with the relevant national press and publication laws and regulations. (2) Academic quality: the topic selection is novel, forward-looking, and can reflect the frontier issues of the discipline; the insight is unique, the viewpoint is original; the material is informative and the method is unique; the structure is rigorous, the reasoning is sufficient, and the argument logic is rigorous. In particular, we welcome papers with outstanding problem awareness, insightful insights, and highlighting the characteristics of this journal. (3) Academic norms: advocate a special submission of one manuscript, oppose multiple uses of one article, advocate academic integrity, and oppose plagiarism and other academic misconduct. (4) Word count requirements: Generally not less than 12,000 words.
