Engaged in intensive care medicine (ICU) work for 23 years, has in-depth research on severe heart, severe kidney, severe nerves, and severe nutrition, and has rich experience in the diagnosis and treatment of multi-organ dysfunction failure, especially for acute severe pancreatitis, acute severe pneumonia, sepsis shock The rescue success rate has reached more than 90%, and he has participated in the guidance and treatment of severe patients for more than 1,000 years every year. In recent years, we have actively promoted the participation and empowerment of family members in ICU treatment, and actively participated in organ transplantation and ICU organ protection.
