Today (April 26), the Changning District Market Supervision Bureau (Intellectual Property Office) and the Changning District Intellectual Property Operation Service Cluster jointly held the theme activity of "Promoting Transformation and Application and Building an Innovation Highland" at the Hongqiao International Conference Center.
With the support and guidance of the Municipal Intellectual Property Office and the strong leadership of the District Party Committee and District Government, Changning District has always attached great importance to intellectual property work, taking multiple measures and making solid progress to provide strong support for promoting the high-quality development of the regional economy and society. This event unveiled the Changning District Intellectual Property Overseas Rights Protection Assistance Workstation, set up two new trademark brand guidance stations, and signed the "Memorandum of Understanding on Collaborative Protection of Intellectual Property Rights".
The Changning District Intellectual Property Overseas Rights Protection Assistance Workstation is committed to assisting in the overseas layout, early warning, analysis and rights protection of intellectual property rights, improving the ability of enterprises to respond to overseas intellectual property disputes and the level of risk prevention and control, and helping enterprises to "go overseas". The workstation will escort the "going out" of enterprises with the help of the professional capabilities of high-quality service institutions.
In order to further enhance the level of regional intellectual property public services, according to the relevant work requirements of the Municipal Intellectual Property Office on trademark brand building, the Changning District Intellectual Property Office instructed the National University Science and Technology Park of Donghua University and Haina Chuanglian Industrial Park to carry out preliminary preparation and benchmarking inspection in accordance with the Shanghai local standard "Trademark and Brand Guidance Station Construction Service Specification", and promoted the construction of two trademark and brand guidance stations. The guidance station will help the trademark and brand work of enterprises and effectively give full play to the trademark brand to empower the development of the industry.
In order to refine the content of the Cooperation Agreement on Multi-departmental Collaborative Protection of Intellectual Property Rights in Changning District and benchmark the key work of intellectual property protection, the District People's Court and the District Intellectual Property Office jointly discussed and drafted the Memorandum of Understanding on Collaborative Protection of Intellectual Property Rights, aiming to establish a normalized working mechanism for work docking and information sharing, improve the efficient connection mechanism between the administrative mediation agreement and judicial confirmation of intellectual property disputes, and strengthen the coordination and exchange mechanism between administrative and judicial protection of intellectual property rights. The two sides will work together to improve the level of administrative and judicial services, serve regional economic development more effectively and effectively, and create a better environment for innovation, investment and business.
The event also invited lawyers in related fields to discuss how to strengthen the exploration and innovation of data asset management systems and mechanisms, fully realize the value of data elements, and better play the role of data assets in promoting the development of the digital economy with the title of "Understanding Data Assets into the Table, Starting from These 9 Questions".
