To further strengthen the supervision of the intellectual property market, severely crack down on the infringement of intellectual property rights and the illegal acts of manufacturing and selling counterfeit and shoddy goods, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of rights holders, and create a market environment of fair competition, the law enforcement personnel of the Zhungerqi Market Supervision and Administration Bureau took the "4.26" World Intellectual Property Day as an opportunity to actively carry out special law enforcement inspections on intellectual property protection before the "May Day".
The law enforcement inspection focuses on food, drugs, medical equipment, maternal and child products, toys, clothing and accessories, cosmetics, toiletries, cultural and sports supplies, small household appliances, tea, crop seeds, fertilizers and other key commodities closely related to the people's lives. During the inspection, law enforcement officers focused on the theme of the 2024 Intellectual Property Publicity Week, "Promoting High-quality Development through the Transformation and Application of Intellectual Property Rights", publicized the laws and regulations related to intellectual property rights to the business households, explained the intellectual property protection measures and relevant policies, and urged the business households to strengthen their awareness of property rights protection, strictly control the purchase channels, and maintain market order.
Up to now, a total of 22 business households have been inspected, and no intellectual property violations have been found. In the next step, the Zhungeer Banner Market Supervision and Administration Bureau will continue to strengthen the enforcement of intellectual property rights, carry out in-depth special law enforcement actions for intellectual property protection, strictly investigate and punish illegal acts of intellectual property infringement and counterfeiting, and effectively purify the city's festival market environment.
