In order to further strengthen the investigation and management of potential safety hazards of special equipment during the festival and effectively prevent the occurrence of special equipment safety accidents, on April 30, Liu Yucheng, deputy flag chief of the People's Government of Zhunger Banner, led a team to conduct a special safety inspection of special equipment in the whole flag, accompanied by Zhang Wenhui, deputy director of the Flag Market Supervision Bureau, and relevant personnel of special equipment supervision.
Liu Yucheng and his entourage successively came to Jinrun Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. and Kubuqi Desert Shenquan Tourism Management Co., Ltd. in Zhungerqi to listen to the person in charge of the enterprise report on the production and operation of the enterprise, the safety production situation, the use of special equipment and the existing difficulties and problems, and put forward guidance to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise.
The inspectors inspected and understood the filling and use of gas cylinders, the daily inspection and maintenance of passenger ropeway equipment, the use of pressure vessels and pressure pipelines, etc., and fully affirmed the safety management of special equipment of gas cylinder filling enterprises. Tourist attractions are required to do a good job in the benchmark of special equipment safety management, and actively teach and promote the advanced experience of safety management to other tourism enterprises. The main person in charge of the enterprise is required to calculate the "eight accounts" of safety, focus on employee safety education and training, and emergency drills to ensure that employees operate special equipment in strict accordance with the regulations and enhance their ability to respond to emergencies. In accordance with the requirements of "three implementations, two certificates, one inspection, and one plan", enterprises should actively carry out self-inspection and self-correction of hidden dangers of special equipment, so as to achieve "clear bottom line and clear situation", actively communicate and solve problems together, and ensure the safe and stable operation of special equipment.
Liu Yucheng, the flag chief, stressed that holidays are prone to safety production accidents, and safety precautions must be done. The regulatory department should earnestly tighten the safety chord, increase publicity and training, urge the special equipment user to strictly implement the main responsibility, carry out in-depth self-inspection and self-correction, comprehensively investigate and rectify potential safety hazards, and strictly prevent the equipment from "sick" operation. It is necessary to combine the time node, in-depth study and judgment of the safety production situation of special equipment, pay close attention to urban gas, large-scale amusement facilities, elevators in densely populated places and other key enterprises and key links, put an end to the "sick operation" of equipment, and the "sick work" of personnel, so as to ensure the safe operation of equipment.
