Invested by Wuhan Airport Industrial Assets Management Co., Ltd., it will be operated by Wuhan Saibao Industrial Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wuhan Saibao"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Fifth Research Institute of Electronics of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (China Saibao Laboratory) after completion.
In August 2018, Wuhan Saibao settled in Linkong No. 1 Industrial Park, Dongxihu District, as a professional third-party testing organization engaged in industrial and information product quality and reliability research and testing, and carried out technical consultation, technology promotion and technical services in measurement and calibration, software testing, reliability testing, environmental adaptability testing, certification, analysis and evaluation. Relying on the complete industrial ecology of Dongxihu District, Wuhan Saibao has established cooperative relations with many enterprises such as BOE, TCL, Aviation Hangda, Sanjiang Aerospace and so on.

Yang Huan, deputy director of Wuhan Saibao Comprehensive Department, introduced that China Saibao (Central China) Laboratory is composed of engineering center, EMC (electromagnetic compatibility), measurement and components, with a total construction area of 26,497.5 square meters, and will build 1 sub-platform and 6 sub-centers according to the "1+6 mode", namely: public service platform for testing and testing of automotive electronics and parts, comprehensive test center for reliability and environmental testing, measurement testing and maintenance center, software evaluation and information security center, raw materials and components analysis and testing center, Quality Management System and Certification Technology Center, Intelligent Manufacturing Research Center.

Yang Huan revealed that China Saibao (Central China) Laboratory has invested nearly 200 million yuan to update hardware and software equipment, and the scope of business services will be greatly expanded, providing technical support and services for automotive electronics, optoelectronics, communications, biopharmaceuticals, shipbuilding heavy industry, aerospace and other industries in central China.
"In the past, key business had to be sent to the Guangzhou headquarters for testing and experiments, but in the future, it can be completed in Dongxihu District." The laboratory is about to be built, and the excitement of Luo Kai, the testing engineer, is beyond words.

Wang Yifan, project manager of the Zhongnan Branch of China Construction Third Bureau and No. 1 Company, the construction unit of China Saibao (Central China) Laboratory, introduced that the main building of the project has been completed, and is currently undergoing outdoor greening, road blackening and indoor fine cleaning, which is expected to pass the acceptance in early June.
"Landing in Dongxihu, the district government gave a five-year rent-free concession, and gave the greatest support in terms of policies to help enterprises become bigger and stronger." The relevant person in charge of Wuhan Saibao said that the company has been recognized as a high-tech enterprise in Hubei Province. "By 2026, the output value of Wuhan Saibao is expected to reach 100 million yuan."
