1. Motor vehicles in this city are not restricted by traffic management measures in the area during peak hours on weekdays.
2. Passenger cars not entering Beijing are not prohibited from driving on roads within the Fifth Ring Road (inclusive) from 7:00 to 9:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00, and from 9:00 to 17:00 according to the traffic management measures in the tail number area of the license plate.
