Notice on adjusting the traffic management measures for motor vehicles and non-passenger cars entering Beijing during the "Spring Festival" period in 2022
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Notice of the General Office of the State Council on the Arrangement of Some Holidays in 2022 (Guo ban invention electricity [2021] No. 11), and the Notice of the Beijing Municipal People's Government on the Implementation of Traffic Restriction Management Measures in The Area During Peak Hours on Weekdays (Jing Zhengfa [2021] No. 6) and the Notice on the Adoption of Temporary Traffic Management Measures During the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games (Jing Zhengfa [2022] No. 2), it was decided to hold a decision from January 31 to February 6, 2022, The following adjustments are made to the traffic management measures for motor vehicles and non-passenger cars entering Beijing in this city:
1． Motor vehicles in the city are not subject to traffic management measures in the area during peak hours on weekdays.
2． Non-city passenger cars entering Beijing are not allowed to drive on roads within the Fifth Ring Road (inclusive) from 7:00 to 9:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00, and from 9:00 to 17:00 according to the traffic management measures of the tail number area of the license plate.
