Recently, in accordance with the Notice of the General Office of the State Council on the Arrangement of Some Holidays in 2022 (Guoban Invention Electricity [2021] No. 11), as well as the Notice of the Beijing Municipal People's Government on the Implementation of Traffic Restriction Management Measures in Areas During Peak Hours on Weekdays (Jing Zhengfa [2021] No. 6) and the Notice on the Adoption of Temporary Traffic Management Measures During the 2022 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games in Beijing (Jing Zhengfa [2022] No. 2), It is decided to make the following adjustments to the traffic management measures for motor vehicles and non-passenger cars entering Beijing from January 31 to February 6, 2022:
1. Motor vehicles in this city are not subject to traffic management measures in the area during peak hours on weekdays.
2. Passenger cars not entering Beijing from 7:00 to 9:00 and 17:00 to 20:00 are prohibited from driving on roads within the Fifth Ring Road (inclusive), and from 9:00 to 17:00, according to the traffic management measures in the tail number area of the license plate.
