Among them, the two problems that are most typical of not being able to mention the car and not in line with the publicity in March still exist, and there are also more problems of non-fulfillment of sales commitments and liquidation fees.
Due to the shortage of chips and the rise in raw material prices, coupled with the impact of the epidemic, many car companies have stopped production throughout April, and under the situation of high sales and limited production capacity, it is indeed reasonable to mention the car. But as we mentioned before, since the listing of geometric cars, their market performance has not been very good, sales have been relatively low, in this case there is still a situation of not being able to mention the car, and there has always been such a phenomenon that there is something wrong.
I have to say that it is not easy to occupy the first place in the complaint list with such sales, in the end, the car companies have not paid enough attention, but for whatever reason, since the launch of this model should do the corresponding duties, rather than letting the problem not be handled, such an attitude is really difficult to accept.

The models on the list are BMW 5 Series, BMW X3 and BMW 3 Series, the number of complaints is 104, 84 and 38 respectively, the main problem is still concentrated in the burning oil, which is also a clichéd problem, but it has not been cured of this problem.
It is worth mentioning that although it still occupies three seats, the number of complaints about the three models in April has decreased compared with March, and unlike before, two of the top three are BMWs, indicating that this problem has been solved to a certain extent. The other two models that replaced BMW in the top three were GAC Toyota Highlander and FAW Toyota Crown Land.
The same Toyota, the two cars also showed quite the same problems, both of which are problems such as engine noise, jitter, and body resonance. Toyota has always been known for its quality, although it is not excluded that the number of complaints caused by high sales is high, but if these problems are not solved in time, it will inevitably affect the reputation of the brand, and I hope that car companies can deal with these problems in time.
Finally, there is another car worth mentioning, that is, BYD's Song Pro New Energy. BYD's sales in April are obvious to everyone, firmly occupying the throne of new energy sales, and can be said to be the biggest winner in the whole of April. However, as BYD employees say, happiness also has the trouble of happiness, and the surge in sales is followed by a test of production capacity. At present, BYD's orders have been queued for many months, and many car owners have also reflected that they have not been able to pick up the car.
The main reason why Song Pro New Energy is on the list is because it cannot mention the car, rather than the quality of the car itself. This is actually understandable, after all, everyone hopes to get what they have been looking forward to for a long time faster, if they can't realize their wishes for a long time, it will definitely make consumers have negative emotions, and it is not surprising that there are more complaints.
