Thanks to 13 years of technology accumulation, GAC Trumpchi has not only made achievements in the field of hybridization, but also achieved reverse export of technology to the joint venture brand. For example, GAC Mitsubishi QiZhi PHEV and GAC Honda Shirui PHEV are all products imported by GAC Trumpchi to the joint venture brand.
The accumulation of these technologies has also become the path one of Julang hybrid technology brands: the forward self-developed GMC dual motor series parallel hybrid system. Specifically, Yingku, which is equipped with GMC hybrid system for the first time, adopts GAC 2.0ATK high-efficiency Atkinson engine, supplemented by GAC GCCS efficient combustion system, low-friction design, exhaust gas recirculation system, intelligent thermal management and noise reduction design, and the maximum thermal efficiency under the actual user conditions is as high as 42.1%, which has broken through the thermal efficiency of 41% of toyota's THS hybrid technology. This means that GAC Trumpchi has achieved superiority over Toyota's THS hybrid technology in terms of power performance and fuel economy.
At the same time, GMC electromechanical coupling system pioneered the integrated dual motor multi-stop DHT, which realizes multi-stop multi-mode drive and high torque output, and the thermal efficiency utilization rate under WLTC conditions exceeds 95.5%. At the same time, the system has undergone more than 100,000 hours of bench testing, and the vehicle is equivalent to 10 million kilometers of verification, covering alpine, high temperature, plateau, high humidity, high corrosiveness, mountainous areas, sand and dust and other all-regional climate adaptation roads, comprehensively verifying the reliability and high quality of the system.
