The interior of the car is unknown for the time being, but elements such as the golden sunflower logo that represents the top identity of Hongqi are essential.

In terms of power, the car is expected to be equipped with the first domestic V12 engine, which is based on the only domestic Hongqi V12 platform newly upgraded, the maximum power of 560kW (762Ps), peak torque of 1100N·m, performance indicators to reach the international lead, the future will be equipped with hybrid system to match the vehicle application, tailored for Hongqi top car.

According to FAW Hongqi officials, the V12TD project team is guided by the power demand of Hongqi's top cars, and concentrates on tackling key core technologies such as ultra-high-power combustion system design, two-row consistent control of V-shaped machine, development of dual ECU autonomous electronic control system, and trial production of high-precision 3C parts, successfully completing technological breakthroughs in key systems such as combustion and ventilation, breaking foreign manufacturing technical barriers, overcoming industry manufacturing problems, and realizing all high-precision 3C parts self-made.
