Recently, with the listing of Lantu's second mass-produced car, Lantu Dreamer, its new power brand "Lanhai Power" has also surfaced.
According to official information, Lanhai Power was born in ESSA's high-end intelligent electric architecture, covering two power solutions of "high-performance pure electricity + intelligent multi-mode drive". Among them, the high-performance pure electric drive model has a maximum power of 320kW and a peak torque of 620N·m; the intelligent multi-mode drive model is equipped with a self-developed 1.5TGDI engine with a thermal efficiency of 41.07%, and the comprehensive fuel consumption of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology is 1.99L/100km.
"Lanhai Power represents the highest level of lantu independent research and development, and in the future, lantu automobile will rely on the lanhai power platform to expand more possibilities for new energy travel." Lu Fang, CEO and CTO of Lantu Automobile, said.
Lantu Dreamer is the first model equipped with this power system, and it has launched two power options: 0 carbon version (pure electric version) and low carbon version (smart multi-model version). The 0-carbon version is available in two endurance versions: the standard version CLTC has a range of 475 km and the long-end version of CLTC has a range of 605 km. The low-carbon version of the WLTC has a cruising range of 750km.

Among them, unlike the ordinary extender hybrid system, the intelligent multi-mode drive can switch between pure electricity, extended range series, engine direct drive, mixed drive and other modes according to the user's different travel scenarios. For example, in the urban car scenario, the vehicle is mainly driven by a motor; in the high-speed scene of more than 70km/h, the engine drives the vehicle directly to ensure the economy of high-speed cruising, while reducing the cruise speed and improving the tranquility; under the strong power demand, the engine and the motor hybrid drive are strong; in the low temperature environment, the hybrid drive can ensure that the vehicle starts normally, and can also ensure sufficient power output.
It is worth noting that with the gradual increase in the market share of independent brands, the brand upwards have also begun to show results, and many independent brands have launched self-developed power brands, especially hybrid technology brands. For example, GAC Trumpchi released a new hybrid technology brand under the electrification strategy - Julang Hybrid; Geely Automobile launched the Leishen Power System; Great Wall Motors launched lemon DHT; Changan Automobile launched the Blue Whale iDD Hybrid System, etc. These independent brands have successively launched hybrid technology, and the thermal efficiency of the engine has been continuously improved, so as to accelerate the brand upwards.
Take Changan Automobile's Blue Whale iDD hybrid system as an example, which has been installed on the UNI-K iDD model of the high-end brand UNI, raising the product price to nearly 200,000 yuan. In the first stop of the Blue Whale iDD hardcore series of challenges, UNI-K iDD passed 3 extreme challenges such as free landing and conquering the extreme slope.

Especially since this year, due to the rise in oil prices and other factors, hybrid models with low fuel consumption have become a popular choice in the market. According to the data of the Federation of Automobile Manufacturers, in March this year, the wholesale penetration rate of domestic new energy vehicle manufacturers reached 25.1%, an increase of 14 percentage points over the same period last year. At the same time, domestic plug-in hybrid models sold 84,000 units in the same month, an increase of 151.3% year-on-year; sales of ordinary gasoline-electric hybrid models reached 75,000 units, an increase of 62% year-on-year.
Changjiang Securities predicts that by 2025, the annual sales of domestic hybrid models will exceed 6.35 million, and the market space is huge. Dong Yang, vice chairman of the China Electric Vehicle 100 Association, believes that the coverage rate of hybrid vehicles in the future will exceed pure electric and fuel vehicles, becoming the most widely used technology. On this basis, the independent brand attacking the hybrid technology is very important for forming its own innovation ability.
