The Volkswagen Caddy imported the same MQB car chassis as the Golf series, and was the first caravan of the Group to adopt this design. At present, it is speculated that the PHEV model will use a 1.5-liter TSI engine with an electric motor as the power configuration, using a 6-speed dual-clutch transmission. The electricity stored in the battery can travel 50-60 km in pure electric mode.
