On April 20, AITO Infospace Automobile announced that due to the increase in the cost of raw materials in the upstream of the car, the M5 four-wheel drive version of the Q&E M5 will be adjusted at 24:00 on May 5, 2022, and the specific adjustment plan will be announced before May 5, 2022. At the same time, the price of the standard version of the rear drive will be raised by 10,000 yuan, and the starting price will be adjusted to 259,800 yuan, which will be officially launched at 16:08 on April 20, 2022, and the first 5,000 users can enjoy a gift worth 21,000 yuan.
The M5 is the first model of AITO car, positioned as a medium-sized SUV, the styling design is simple, and the overall line of the body is smooth and recognizable. In terms of body size, the AITO M5 has a length, width and height of 4770*1930*1625mm and a wheelbase of 2880mm, respectively. The interior design is also simple and bright, and the 10.25-inch instrument screen and the 15.6-inch central control screen highlight the technical sense of the interior, which is equipped with harmonyOS smart cockpit.
In terms of power, the entire M5 series adopts a range extender hybrid system, which is composed of a 1.5T four-cylinder supercharger + drive motor + 40kWh ternary lithium battery, of which the range extender generator is rated at 60kW (82 hp), and the rear-drive model is equipped with a permanent magnet synchronous motor, with a maximum power of 200kW (272 hp) and a maximum torque of 360 Nm; the four-wheel drive version is equipped with front and rear dual motors, and the four-wheel drive performance version of the model system has a maximum power of 315kW (428 horsepower). The maximum torque is 720Nm; the 4WD flagship model system has a maximum power of 365kW (496 hp) and a maximum torque of 675Nm. Under CLTC conditions, the maximum endurance is 1242km.
