In terms of exterior design, the new Polestar 2 adopts a new style front face design called "SmartZone", has a closed grille, and hardware such as cameras embedded in the interior center, and the new car will also be offered with new style 20-inch wheels.
In terms of power system, the new car has updated the battery and electric motor, and introduced a single-motor rear-wheel drive version for the first time, with a current power of 223 kW, a torque of 489 Nm, and a 0-60 mph (96.56064 km/h) acceleration time of 5.9 seconds, and the power parameters are fully ahead of the current single-motor front-wheel drive version.
In addition, the new Polestar 2 dual-motor four-wheel drive version has a power of 314 kW and a torque of 740 Nm, which can be increased to 339 kW if the performance package is selected, with a 0-60 mph acceleration time of 4.1 seconds, a battery capacity of 82 kWh, and an EPA range of about 483 km.
