From the appearance point of view, the 2022 BYD Han DM launched DM-i and DM-p modeling is consistent, using the latest family design language, its front face uses a large mouth type of air intake grille, the interior is a dot matrix type of "fish scale" design, the LED headlights on both sides are very sharp, and with the chrome trim with the "Han" logo for connection, the overall look has a good visual impact. The lower surround is also flanked by a "fang-type" deflector, and the design of the wind knife is added inside, which enhances the sense of movement of the car.

BYD Han DM is positioned as a medium and large sedan, its body size is 4975 * 1910 * 1495mm, wheelbase is 2920mm. Its body adopts a sharp and smooth waistline design, with a sneaky body shape, sports wheel shape and hidden door handle design, creating a rich sports atmosphere. Chrome trims have also been added to the window line and side skirts to enhance the sense of sophistication and fashion. The biggest change in its tail is the design of the tail lamp, which uses a penetrating shape, but the internal use of "Chinese knot" elements, the overall look is more recognizable. The two sides of the lower enclosure also adopt a "fang-like" design, and the movement attribute is further improved.

From the design of the interior, the new car has not changed much, the car is still equipped with a 12.3-inch full LCD dashboard, a 15.6-inch rotatable suspension central control screen and a flat-bottomed double-spoke multi-functional steering wheel, with an electronic barrier bar, the sense of science and technology is also very in place. In terms of materials, the car is basically wrapped in soft materials, and decorated with wood grain trim panels and chrome trim strips, which enhances the sense of luxury and grade in the car.

In terms of configuration, the new car is equipped with main/passenger seat airbags, front/rear side airbags, front/rear head air curtains, knee airbags, passive pedestrian protection, tire pressure display, ABS anti-locking, braking force distribution, brake assist, traction control, body stability control, lane departure warning system, lane keeping assist system, road traffic identification, active braking, front/rear parking radar, 360-degree panoramic image, full-speed adaptive cruise, automatic parking and uphill assist.
