Quality status and phenomena
If you draw an image of quality, is it not like this?
- Bench guest! On the one hand, the ubiquitous quality is like the little brother next door being called at will, but not knowing that it is the "leader" who innerly dominates the historical state; on the other hand, the quality is limited to the level of product attributes, only for the product level of qualification and compliance, in the face of the more grand meaning of the deep quality has become a spectator.
- A regular customer in the defendant's seat. One is the role of the scapegoat, one is caused by the inversion or confusion of management logic, and then the role of quality, status, responsibility boundaries, and the vagueness or emptiness of functions.

The invisible hand of "quality" that seems to have divine help in the underworld cannot form a magnificent historical line and system, and can only prove the existence of quality by accidental performance or naturalness, but it cannot dominate the process of historical reality in a normative, standardized, and templated manner.
--A hundred years of modern quality, until now, there is no quality science and its perfect system that covers quality philosophy, quality thinking, quality science! Compared with the tangible quantity, the quality of more soul and consciousness is only stuck at the product level, and even so, there is less theoretical construction and guidance, more is the application of tools and methods, and compared with other disciplines, it may not be rich.
Excellent quality can become synonymous with the country and the historical era, such as the current Germany and the former Japan. Poor quality can make enterprises and countries exhausted and anxious, and even bankrupt some enterprises, so that the country and society will decay and collapse.

As the symbol of the United States, Boeing Company and Boeing aircraft have come to the "crossroads" of the crisis because of such a quality accident, and although it is not yet known whether it can fall, it is a huge blow and loss in front of it. Japan, which created the myth of quality, is by no means unfavorable, and in just over 3 years before the end of March 2019, quality scandals have been frequently exposed, and naturally they have fallen from the altar.

Why has quality problems always plagued the growth of individuals, the development of enterprises, countries, societies and other organizations?
Why is it difficult for quality to go up and down like the baseline of civilization, but it is difficult to go up and easy to get down?
Why is quality as important as life, but it is always passive and life is played?
Quality has always seemed to be hard to rest on. Together with safety, it has become a stone or even the sword of Damocles, because it is not known when it will fly out of the moths, black swans, or run out of gray rhinos, brown elephants, either to cause trouble, or to die, so "unpredictable" becomes a shield.
Generally speaking, the six factors of quality, human, machine, material, law, environment, and measurement, in addition to people with uncertainty, measurement is semi-uncertainty, the other 4 items are relatively stable. Individual analysis is so, once these factors are put together, "three women in one play", the quality status quo is lively. It is so lively that it can tear the nerves of the whole society, and from time to time there is a boiling hot spot, a bubble, and its ripples make the society's heart vibrate uneasily.
Even so, quality is only "lively" the surface part of its entire content, that is, the product level, while the other two parts of the cultural quality and management quality are incredibly silent, and even desolate to become no man's land.
As a basic state of analysis, there are mainly ten major phenomena and ten major causes. Among them, there are two kinds of positive and negative phenomena of mass, and the ten phenomena of positive direction can be listed as:
(1) The awareness of social quality continues to grow;
(2) Classic cases embellish the society;
(3) Some excellent organizations such as the state, religion, political parties, enterprises and individuals have become models of quality;
(4) Quality tools and methods form a basic system, and theoretical and ideological materials and resources have been relatively rich;
(5) Quality becomes an integral part of the national strategy, such as quality rejuvenation, quality power, and national quality program;
(6) Although quality activities are still niche behaviors, they have been spread throughout the country;
(7) The government and enterprises of the quality main body have basically established a quality mechanism;
(8) The basic quality talent system is basically formed;
(9) Quality education majors and enrollment are emerging in the national education system;
(10) The construction of quality knowledge system has begun to explore.
Excellent management is a continuous "long (board) become stronger (board), short (board) become longer (board)" process, the quality of the ten good phenomena can be upgraded, solidified into a strong board to better produce effects. The negative phenomenon is undoubtedly carbuncles and wounds, which must be treated, hemostasis and pain relief.
