This morning, like me, Mr. Wang got up at half past six.

He said he was going to get up with me in the morning and read a book.

However, I didn't manage to get up yesterday because I attended a classmate's Chinese New Year's Eve party the night before and drank for a while.

Luckily, as soon as I called him this morning, he immediately sat up from his bed. - It's never too late to start. It is important to get out of the beginning stages.

Because I became a beneficiary of early learning, I shared my learning experience with my husband every day. After seeing my complete mental state and having a new perspective and attitude on everything, my husband also made up his mind.

Speaking of yourself, why make up your mind to get up early to study? It has been mentioned in previous articles. Here's a short summary:

1. I like to read, and I have always liked the combination of words, which can directly hit the expression of people's hearts.

2. There are too many chores in work and life, and there is very little time left for yourself. If you want to finish reading a book you like, you can only find time in this way.

Get up early and punch in for nearly 100 days: How did I stick to it?

3. Mother-in-law is keen to make breakfast for the family, so had to get up early. For a while, I felt guilty because if my mother-in-law didn't take care of our daily life, I would have to get up early to make breakfast. In order to alleviate the guilt in my heart, I decided to get up early and make good use of this time.

4. After trying for a few days, I found myself enjoying this quiet and quiet time alone, so I decided to stick with it for a long time.

When a friend learned that I had made it a habit, he expressed admiration for me and asked me how I did it.

After all, it's late winter, and there's no heating in the south. Good cold morning and comfortable bed. It really takes courage to get up and read a book.

In fact, I got up a little late this morning, because I thought my husband's first morning rise was not too early, so it was set at 6:30. I usually wake up just after 6 o'clock.

Here, I would like to share some of my own tips, hoping to give a reference to friends who also want to get up early.

I shared these methods with my husband before going to bed last night. He makes a lot of sense. If you think they're useful, you can try:

First, go to bed early and get up early.

This is a cliché. Everyone knows to go to bed early, but you just can't put it down with your phone, just like holding it in your hand.

As for how to put down the mobile phone lamp to sleep, I think it is a matter of self-control.

Rather than reading in the morning, I think it should be easier to put down my phone at night and go to bed early.

If the latter can't do it, don't prepare to do the former.

But going to bed early is also a gradual process. The problem of sleeping three or two days late is impossible to solve.

For example, the usual habit is to go to bed after 12 o'clock. First set the goal at no more than 12 o'clock, then advance to 11:30 in a few days, and then slowly advance to 11 o'clock.

Now my bedtime is very fixed, usually before 10 o'clock, occasionally 10:30 o'clock, but basically no more than 11 o'clock, unless there are special circumstances.

You can only feel refreshed by going to bed early, and you won't feel particularly tired when the alarm clock rings in the morning.

Second, don't aim too high.

Like the slow sleep process mentioned above, don't force yourself to get up at six in the morning at the beginning.

Between the usual time to get up and your current goal of getting up, first find a balance point, reach it and then slowly move forward.

Many people set themselves ambitious goals but gave up after a few days because they found it too hard to stick with.

In fact, it is because the goal is set too high at the beginning, and when it is achieved, it will lead to great brain power and brain power consumption, so that people often do not feel fun from this event, but feel very tired, so they have the idea of giving up.

Third, the choice of reading content requires a little skill.

Many people enthusiastically make plans to learn early, some want to learn the expertise of a certain industry, and some want to get a certificate in the relevant industry.

I have no specific goals. I read a lot of books, including psychology, the logic of thinking, film criticism, and literary writing.

I usually choose the book I want to read before going to bed the next morning so that when I wake up in the morning, I get up with a specific purpose.

If I'm not prepared for this, I may wake up thinking about which book I should read, which will delay getting up and make the inertia in my bones grow.

This is how bed rest occurs. The more I struggled in bed, the more I didn't want to get out of bed.

If you're planning to learn some in-depth but obscure expertise, my advice is to find a relaxing book to read for a while, so that you can quickly regain your sense of mind, concentrate on reading, and then finish the book you need to read.

In short, everything must be based on the formation of one's own behavioral inertia. After a long period of persistence, the body will give such instructions, and it is time to get up and read a book.

By this time, when it is not so easy to get out of bed, it will be easy to read a more difficult book.

Finally, make some small preparations to help you get up in the morning and get up early.

We don't have a separate study. The study and bedroom are one.

So when I wake up, I am very quiet, afraid of waking up my husband and son who are still sleeping, and I am afraid of disturbing the neighbors downstairs.

At six o'clock in the winter, before dawn, I couldn't turn on the light, I could only fumble for my clothes, and then go to the desk and turn on the lamp.

After all, around 0 degrees in the morning, the places outside the quilt are far away.

So before going to bed, I put my dressing gown and socks in a place where it's easy to get.

This way, I can get out of bed and immediately pick up clothes to put on. Mentally, getting out of bed is not so easy.

At the same time, I check the lights and stove before going to bed to make sure that they can be used normally as long as the switch is turned on.

When everything you need to use is at your own convenience, many things will be easier and faster.

Based on the above preparation, every morning after getting up, I only need about three minutes to get dressed and study quietly.

Reading and writing did not increase my material wealth, but enriched my spiritual world. Walking in the vast spiritual world, it seems that without too much material blessing, you can make your mind light and rich.
