A few days ago, the Discipline Inspection Commission of Liangshan County discipline inspection commission conducted a case review and investigation of Cui Shifeng, former secretary of the party leading group and director of the Liangshan County Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau, for serious violations of discipline and law.

After investigation, Cui Shifeng lost his ideals and convictions, deviated from his original mission, was disloyal and dishonest to the party, hid his assets, made offensive and defensive alliances, provided false information to the organization, and deliberately resisted the organization's review; ignored the spirit of the eight provisions of the central authorities, issued allowances and subsidies in violation of the law, and accepted gifts from management service recipients; disregarded trust, and did not truthfully explain the situation when organizing correspondence; illegally collected fees for management service recipients and increased the burden on the masses; used public power for private use and interfered in judicial activities in violation of regulations; and used the power entrusted by the party and the people as a tool for grabbing private interests. Illegally possess public property by means of embezzlement; take advantage of one's position to seek benefits for others in demolition and relocation projects, municipal projects, urban management, etc., and illegally accept huge amounts of property; and their family property and expenditures clearly exceed their legitimate income, and the difference is huge and the source cannot be explained.

Cui Shifeng has degenerated politically, his work style is arbitrary, he is economically greedy, his view of power and values are distorted, he has no regard for party discipline and state law, he has seriously violated the party's political discipline, organizational discipline, honesty discipline, mass discipline, and work discipline, constitutes a serious violation of official duties and is suspected of embezzlement, bribery, and huge amounts of assets of unknown origin, and he has not relented, relented, or stopped after the Eighteenth and Nineteenth National Congresses of the Party, is of a bad nature, and the circumstances are serious and should be dealt with severely. In accordance with the "Regulations on Disciplinary Punishment of the Communist Party of China," the "Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Government Sanctions for Public Employees," and other relevant provisions, after being studied by the Standing Committee of the Liangshan County Discipline Inspection Commission and reported to the Liangshan County CPC Committee for approval, it was decided to give Cui Shifeng the punishment of expulsion from the party; the Liangshan County Supervisory Commission should give him the punishment of dismissal from public office; the proceeds of his violation of discipline and law should be confiscated; and his suspected criminal issues should be transferred to the procuratorial organs for examination and prosecution according to law, and the property involved should be transferred together.

Cui Shifeng, former secretary of the party leading group and director of the Liangshan County Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau, was suspected of embezzlement, bribery, and a huge amount of assets of unknown origin, and after the Liangshan County Supervision Commission concluded its investigation, it was transferred to the Liangshan County People's Procuratorate for review and prosecution.

On February 9, 2022, the Liangshan County People's Procuratorate made an arrest decision against Cui Shifeng on suspicion of embezzlement, bribery, and a large amount of assets of unknown origin in accordance with the law.

At present, the case is being further handled.
